The location was great. Easy access to all Chincoteague has to offer. Sunsets were fantastic from the dock. House is comfortable and a very easy place to relax.

Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming here every year for years now, and I wouldn’t choose any other house. It’s on the more affordable side of houses, and we can’t live without that dock. We would like to see some minor renovations done, but nevertheless we will be here next August. 5/5

Stayed Jun 14, 2024Perfect sunsets from large bay window every evening for a week. A Wallops launch at dawn. A beautiful location within walking distance of Maddox, but not in zone of Maddox traffic. Bring your own ice.

Reviewer Comments: No paper products when we arrived (TP, paper towels, etc.) No dish soap or dishwasher tablets. Some basic kitchen implements were not present. Large ight rear burner on stove not working. Upstairs bathroom door sticking in an obnoxious mannerHOWEVER, the dock was a big hit with the family. The two front rooms have windows with screens and were very nice in the mornings especially. Because of the location, especially the dock, I would stay there again.
