West Annapolis Cottage- 6BR Walk to Navy Stadium

The house was perfect for our family gathering of 13 people. The house layout, location, and amenities were great! We appreciated all the “little extras”throughout the house (phone/watch charging stand, makeup towels, bottled water, well stocked kitchen, multiple TVs in game room, etc). The host was also very responsive to my messages and emails.

We had a beautiful stay on this property while we were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, the house was roomy and very clean. It was very hot out and the ac worked great to keep us cool on every floor. The amount of provisions and basic necessities should serve as guidance to any other short term rental as how to properly host your guest. A true five star stay!

Excellent property with plenty of room for family and friends. Spacious kitchen, living room and dining room space. Very spacious bedrooms nicely appointed and decorated. Beautiful deck space and basement for hanging out/playing games. Fantastic place to stay in walking distance to downtown.

Spacious: There are many rooms and each room is quite spacious. Convenient location: The house is within safe, short walking distance from ice cream, Italian food, bagels, a restaurant serving RAR’s brews, and other food establishments. Parking: The driveway is very small and realistically only holds one car. The host replied quickly to my question about parking. Despite the street signs warning about towing after 2 hours, our cars were not towed.

The house on Monterey Ave was a great fit for our family of eleven. Three generations stayed from the day after Christmas until the day after New Years. Since this was to be our family Christmas gathering, we were excited to find a decorated tree and our gifts promptly went under the tree. The home is set up well with a dining room, eat up kitchen island and a smaller dining area off the living room as options for meals. The beds are comfortable and the trundle beds worked well for the children. We never had to wait for a bathroom because there is always one nearby wherever you might be in the house. The third floor bedrooms are a very quiet place for kids to sleep without hearing the activities from the living area. The basement is a great bonus area where the kids enjoyed pretending and the adults enjoyed karaoke on New Years Eve. The house is located in an area worth exploring with a coffee shop and restaurant nearby. This is a house anyone would be sad to leave. decorated Christ

The owners were great to work with. The house was very spacious and a nice easy walk into town.

Convenient location to the heart of Annapolis. Excellent brew pub restaurant only a one minute walk away. Beautiful home. Great for large families or groups attending Naval Academy events.

The place was in great condition, was bigger than anticipated, great location, amenities and the host was wonderful. We had a great stay in Annapolis and would highly recommend this property.

My girlfriends and I stayed at this house this past weekend and I can’t say enough good things about it!! Danielle was super quick to reply to any questions I had and the house was OVERstocked with anything we could possibly need. It was SO nice and SO clean and SO BIG, we were all in awe at how perfect everything was! And the location was so convenient to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this adorable place to anyone looking to stay in this town!

The house was perfect for our large group of 9. Everything was ready for us and nothing was missing for a comfortable stay. Great location to downtown and the academy!

I found this to be a fantastic place to stay in Annapolis. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Given the chance, I’d stay here again.
