Stayed Mar 28, 2026We had a great stay and would recommend this property. It was perfect for our family get-together. We rented all three units, which gave us plenty of space while still being able to spend time together.The large backyard was definitely the highlight. We spent a lot of time out there, with the kids playing and adults relaxing at the picnic tables.The units themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a 5-day stay, including kitchen essentials and plenty of towels. Check-in was easy, and having a dedicated parking area on-site was a huge plus.Stacy was a wonderful host—very responsive and quick to resolve the couple of minor issues we had.The location is also great, quiet and residential, but still within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and cafes in Annapolis. The harbor is about a 20-minute walk, which we didn’t mind at all.Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 11, 2025My group of 12 stayed here for 4 nights as part of a golf trip. We booked all 3 units and it was the perfect headquarters for our trip. The place has every amenity you would want and a “brand-new” feel. We golfed all day, cooked meals in the full kitchens and grill and relaxed by the fire pit post round before walking to nightlife downtown. We could not have enjoyed this place more and highly recommend it. Oh and plenty of parking

Stayed Nov 24, 2024Our family enjoyed all three units over Thanksgiving 2024. Extremely comfortable, well appointed, and well stocked, including cleaning and paper products. All kitchenware, cookware, dish ware, and appliances all new/clean condition. We had our dogs, and the large fully fenced back yard was a great place for the dogs. Plus the fire pit and seating were truly nice space to enjoy outside the units. The units are all recently update and really clean. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown Annapolis -short walk, and the restaurants right around the corner are a quick 5 min walk - fantastic food and drink to enjoy! Highly recommend

Stayed Nov 19, 2023We had a family reunion in Annapolis so we booked all three units. It was Thanksgiving week and we came from the West Coast. It has a large wonderful yard with lots of amenities to include a fire pit, gas plumbed and a grill. It is close to everything downtown yet not too close. We had everything we needed to have a Thanksgiving meal for our family. The hosts were helpful, responsive and amazing. It has super cute decor and felt very comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend a stay here.
