West Ann Arbor Whole Home 4 Bed, 3 Full Bath - Sleeps 12!

Excellent winter getaway

We had a lovely time in this spacious but still warm and cozy home. The location is great and neighborhood is charming. It was perfect for our family to make meals together in the well appointed kitchen and relax in the lovely living room. Our hosts were very attentive and communicative which made our arrival and departure completely smooth.

No contact with host other than email. No instruction in the house as to trash collection days, recycle, places of interest in Ann Arbor, etc. A quick response though on very loud, vibrating heating fan in one of the bedrooms. Had to unplug in the cellar every night. House was clean and met our needs. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Ashley is a great host, and communicated with us prior to our stay, which I appreciated. The house was perfect for our extended family in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, and we were happy to have extra parking in the driveway and garage (really happy about that when it snowed!!). The house was close to everything we needed to do in downtown Ann Arbor as well as convenient to lots of local shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful time with all of our adult children and four grandchildren, age 2 and under. Property was clean and comfortable. We were very lucky to be given an early check-in since we had four babies who had traveled all morning and needed a nap. The host was always communicative and helpful. Plenty of towels, dish, detergent, and necessary supplies in the bathroom.

Great house in a very accessible location. Nice neighborhood with easy access to store and restaurants. House is well appointed for a large group, nice bathrooms, off street parking.

This was an ideal location for the activities that we had planned. Nice neighborhood, cute functional house with great spaces for a crowd.Lots of parking, comfortable furniture.

the house was lovely, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, well appointed and just like its pictures and description. it was an especially well equipped kitchen. Ashley arranged easy access to the premises and was responsive to our inquiry to extend our visit. we enjoyed and appreciated our stay there.

Our family enjoyed our six day stay in this home. The neighborhood is lovely and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and community pool. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and we were glad that the air conditioning worked during the high heat. We would stay here again.

Our family was gathering from all over the country to come hang out with our kids who live in Ann Arbor for our family vacation week. This home has great space, is well appointed and was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Very clean and close to everything! GO BLUE!

The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms more than accomodated our family. There were plenty of dishes and glasses for entertaining, assuming most food was being brought in on platters ready to serve. It was also well set up for baking from mixes. The dishwasher had a large capacity and worked well.Half the house appears to be an addition and was generally sound. The original portions has floors that squeak in places, doors that stick and some stripped screw holes in fixtures, but nothing major.The basement has 2 enormous washers and dryers as well as a very nice game setup. There was plenty of hot water.We had a baby with us and Ashley was wonderful about providing a crib, PackShe also arranged people to shovel the drive and take out the garbage cans. Checking out was simple.Many stores and restaurants are in easy walking distance and despite being close to major roads and I-94, it was nice and quiet all day and night.As my daughter said, This is one of the few VRBOs I would return to without hesitation. No quirks and the host (Ashley) was so responsive!

The home is in a beautiful neigorhood in close proximity to our Ann Arbor activities. Plenty of space for our families and the beds were very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and lots of available parking, including garage parking. The owner was quick to respond to our texts and we hope to stay there again in the future.

The tri-level home is beautifully done. Great Corner lot for viewing all the greenery and the walkers. It's Located near University, shopping and Walgreens ?Plenty of beds, but you must enjoy a firm mattress. Loved the master bath set up , however it doesn't have the largest bed ??. The house is stocked very well from dishes, spices, coffee with travel cups, and even has a high chair and we think a play pin. There is a ping pong table and basketball shot game the family enjoyed. TVs are in downstairs bedrooms, living room and basement. We did have two issues, which we brought to their attention. 1 the booster on the air handler, at night it was more noticable in the master. The second issue was understandable, but no offer was made to remove/ cleanup the issue. We would recommend for sure. Thanks for opening your lovely home to us

Nice, clean home in a great location! We had an easy commune to U of M each day for gymnastics camp. Homeowner was easy to work and quick to respond. Would recommend and would stay here again!
