Wells Beach House w/ Ocean-View Deck

My friends and I had an amazing girls weekend at this house. The location was great and the proximity to the beach was a bonus. The house had enough room for all of us to spread out and we enjoyed hanging out together in the living room area. We hope to return next year!

The house was very clean. It was easy to communicate with the host. There were nearby shops and a large grocery store but we were fortunate to have excellent October weather and spent the majority of our weekend outside enjoying walking on the beach. There were many local restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. There was comfortable living room seating for game time. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the beach house. Perfect location! Great amenities, plenty of parking, and friendly host. Could not have asked for better for a girls weekend.

We had an amazing stay at this clean and spacious home! It was the perfect spot to relax—just steps from the beach where we spent most days soaking up the sun, fishing, and kayaking in the bay. Having a grill at the house was a great bonus for easy dinners after a day outdoors. We also loved exploring the area—our favorites were lobster outside from Barnacle Billy’s in perkins cove, browsing shops in Ogunquit were we had an excellent dinner at Crew. The Scoop Deck ice cream was so good!

Property was spacious, well equipped, and clean. Lovely view of the water, and a lovely town. A short walk to downtown area (coffee and sandwich shops, etc) and even shorter to the beach. We truly enjoyed.

Spacious, sunny, breezy house with great beach access gave our family a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

It was very comfortable and clean place everything we needed the only thing we didn’t get was the gas grill that was in the listing

We loved our trip! We hadn’t been to Maine in years and this spot was a perfect fit for our family. The beach across the street was beautiful and convenient. The coffee shop and arcade were walked to multiple times. No complaints on our stay, the house and host were wonderful, we’ll surely be back!

We were 6 adults and 1 3 year old. The home was large enough that we weren’t on top of each other. Comfy beds and linens. Right across from beach, a minute walk. Lovely porch that has ocean view.

We hade a girls weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The home was wonderful! Very clean, plenty of space, beautiful view and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in Wells for a family gathering. The house is very luminous and well located (20sec to the sandy beach, with a public path just in front of the house). The house is equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay; the kitchen has recent appliances. It was spotless on the 3 floors, including the kitchen & bathrooms. Thank you for letting us stay in your comfy beach house!
