Stayed Jul 19, 2025What a great place to stay with family! We spent most of our time outside with our 4 grandchildren and kids on the very comfortable furniture! Would highly recommend it and Cheryl was a wonderful host!

Stayed Jul 12, 2025This house had everything we needed for an amazing week in Wells. It was well stocked and organized and covered all the comforts such as a/c, the gorgeous backyard with fire pit and grill, and the well used ice maker! Additionally, Cheryl was wonderful to work with and made sure we were all set for our week.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Very clean! Perfect beach cottage for our family. Outdoor spaces great, we ate dinner every night outside. Loved the outdoor shower.The kitchen was a popular spot, family gathered there to make meals and chat. Plenty of cupboard space. Loved that we didn’t have to deal with previous renter’s leftovers. Games every night at the dining table. Walks two or three times a day. Wells Beach Center has a few shops plus the beach was just a short walk away. Loved it.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We love Wells Beach and Cheryl’s house allowed us to keep our family tradition going - we have an ever changing, growing family, that the house accommodated every need! Cheryl was very attentive to the property and keeping things clean. We left something and she mailed it to us right away, 5 stars aren’t enough!!

Stayed Sep 1, 2023Perfect house for our vacation! We rent the house for 4 days with our family and that was the Perfect formula! Very clean and the setup is very nice. We appreciate the small yard also so the kids can play on the grass and in a safe place. Lovely house! Very positive experience and can’t wait to reserve again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We had a great vacation despite 3 days of rain! Cheryl had everything you possibly could need for a perfect beach vacation. Location to the beach was a 2 minute walk! I highly recommend renting here.

Stayed Jun 9, 2023The house overlooks the marshes in one direction but ocean is visible and an easy walk. The back patio was certainly a hit with everyone! Cheryl was a wonderful hostess; everything we needed was there. Towels, beach chairs, toys and games, a beautifully appointed kitchen… We will definitely be returning.
