Stayed Aug 16, 2025Close to the river and a very short walk to beautiful Wells beach. Nice view of the water. Very quiet and comfortable, nice yard to eat out. Perfect for a family with full bathrooms on both second and third floor. Fully supplied and close to all services. Kim and Stephen are very nice and available hosts.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Awesome location, surrounded by water and enough room for the entire family. We had a great time staying here being so close to the beach and Webhannet river. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the outdoor patio grilling up food and having a good time. The owners were extremely nice and very accommodating. Will definitely book again for next year.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023We just returned from a week at Stephen and Kim's beautiful house on Wells beach. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for our family both inside and outside. The sunrise from the bedrooms were amazing!!! I hope to stay again next year.

Stayed Jun 27, 2020Great location and cottage. Plenty of sleep space and bathrooms. Open concept living space and kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Clean and well cared for cottage. 5 min walk to the beach. Owners were very helpful, and immediately responded to any questions we had.
