Stayed Oct 13, 2023Upon arrival you can either go t one of the two bedrooms or up the stairs to the living area, immediately you are greeted by the glass wall with a great view of the ecenery around you. There you have a kitchen, dining table, reclining area and a third bedroom. A great place for a great price!

Stayed Apr 16, 2022We loved staying at the Dijkhuis in Schenkenschanz. The bungalow is located on the dike overlooking the flood plains of the Old Rhine River. A great place to watch geese, storks and other birds. It truly is a beautiful and quiet location. Schenkenschanz is a quaint small village surrounded by a dike and walls to protect from extreme floods. The bungalow is amazing. Well cared for with a well equipped kitchen, just like you would have at home. The owner and property manager both go out of their way to help you have a great stay. We loved the sauna and the in-floor heating. We look forward to a return here. Fehr family
