Stayed Jul 19, 2025Overall the house was very nice. Clean and well equipped. Convenient location. Only feedback is that the grill was very dirty & greasy. Looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. We did not use it. Some general home instructions when moving in would be helpful. For example, trash day, tv instructions, WiFi password. That said Justin was very responsive when we had question. Thanks.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Our family loved this house! Charming exterior— Quintessential Cape Cod! It was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and hydrangeas in every room when we arrived. Plenty of room for 6 adults to hang out in the living room or the large deck and yard. We also enjoyed the smokeless fire pit many nights. And it really does live up to its name “1 Mile House”—bike path, Skaket Beach, shopping, ice cream, etc. Communication with our host from start to finish was fantastic. We would absolutely stay at this property again!
