Luxury 7 BR, 4 BA w/ Unique 60 ft Pool, .4 Miles to Beach

The house was PERFECT for our family holiday celebration. We loved spending time together in the living rooms and very spacious kitchen. We also really enjoyed the piano, sauna, hot tub and large fireplace. The location is great for getting to Chatham, Orleans and multiple beaches. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay extra special!

We had a great time with friends in this beautiful home that was very spacious for all of us to move around! We spent much of our time in the pool and hot tub! Can't wait to go back!

We rented this lovely, welcoming house for five nights to spend with friends who meet together on the Cape every year. Everything was as close to perfect as could be, from the easy check-in to the flawless communication with the owner, to our terrific dinners cooked in the fully equipped kitchen, to our time on the deck in the sauna and the pool. I would highly recommend!

House was plenty large for my extended family. Everything was in working condition. The host, Jeff, was accessible and happy to help. I would stay here again.

Great spot

My family of 11 had a lovely week even though the weather was less than ideal. The home is very spacious with our favorite room being the huge kitchen with a table big enough to seat everyone. Meal preparation was easy with the fully stocked kitchen and having everyone be able to eat together and play games was fabulous. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor shower. Jeff is incredibly responsive both beforehand with booking questions and during the stay when we couldn't figure out how to lock one of the doors. There are a couple of very slight negatives. We did not find the beach to be walkable and it wasn't the greatest beach to even drive to. We drove 15-25 minutes to 3 different beaches during the week. Not a deal killer by any stretch. Also, the AC is not central air and the window units were pretty loud in the bedrooms. It was pretty cool at night so we slept with the windows open and AC off when we could. All in all a really enjoyable week with the family.

This house was a great fit for our family get-together. The kitchen was a cook's delight! It was well-stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, and silverware for all of us, along with an assortment of pots, pans, and kitchen accessories. The large table in the kitchen allowed us to eat together and play games/puzzles. There was plenty of room in the house so we weren't on top of each other. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

My family and I were so pleased with this beautiful house! Tucked away on a lovely landscaped and private lot, In ground pool, sauna and outdoor shower were perfect for staying home with the three babies. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate full sized cribs. The Huge farm table in the kitchen allowed us to have a big family dinner every night. We had a BBQ and sat by the fire pit and stared at the sky with a million stars. Absolutely epic vacay in a perfect cape house! I recommend this house to anyone with a large party of guests who just want to relax! Jeff is a great host and answers texts immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful family home with comfortable gathering spaces for our extended family. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas every day as we had great weather, but the indoor spaces are equally appealing and accomdating. Our host was welcoming and responsive. We had a great week!

17 of us stayed in Jeff's home and it was perfect for our family reunion with family aged 17-90. The best part was the huge well stocked kitchen and the beautiful outdoor space with a pretty pool and lots of seating. Jeff was super responsive and pleasant and easy to deal with. We had a fun day doing Art's Dune Tour in Provincetown and lobster rolls at Day's Deli nearby. Highly recommend.

My husband & I enjoyed a week here with our 4 children their spouses & 6 grandchildren, ages 3-8. The huge kitchen & especially the pool were a hit with everyone. The bedrooms were not ideal but we made it work.

Perfect venue and layout for our large extended family with each family group having their own area and bathroom and the teen boys in the bunk room. Great central location to explore the Cape and your dog can explore worry free in the large fenced in yard. Pool also got a lot of use. The A/C unit for the bunk room failed during our stay but owner had a new unit delivered within hours and we just hooked it up since install was easy.

We had a family gathering with 10 adults and kids from 3-16. The house was perfect with enough room to spread out and a dream kitchen/dining area. The deck and pool were terrific and it is in a great location. Jeff and Mary were wonderful and responsive hosts.

Accommodating, spacious. Well appointed kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and fun outdoor vibe for 16 teenagers and 3 teachers. The host was easy going, yet professional and considerate. Highly recommend for a large group.
