Well-appointed home with home theater, radiant heat & private hot tub

Well appointed, high quality home that met our needs for my partner and me, 2 adult children and their children for a family getaway. Media room was awesome!

Lovely house, but when we arrived it needed dusting/cleaning. The front door lock never worked. Despite assurances it would be fixed by our Marriott Rep-it never occurred. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

This experience was horrible. We have been looking forward to this Vacation the entire year and booked months early to make it happen. The day we arrived the house smelled bad and the cleaners left with a backed up kitchen overflow situation. Plumbers came the next three days, could not solve it and had to trip open the walls the entire week we had workers in the home, on top of that, could not use the Moview room and bedroom for open walls, on top of that The HOT tube did not get fixed till the very last day we stayed, and the NO one apologized or gave us an option on another rental. The issues had been known from the Owner and rental company prior to us getting in this unit, ?? we are extremely disappointed and for so much Money 7000 plus for the week, (other items in the rental were broken at the time we came, were told that was already. We loved this house. The location was perfect. We had a large group and we all had more then enough room in this house. The kitchen had all the space and appliances we needed. The only issues we had:The hot tub worked 2 out of the 3 nights we were there and there weren`t enough towels for everyone in our group. The management was helpful with some towels though.I do want to mention a weird run-in we had with someone who had done work on the property though. A man saw vehicles at this property and waited at the top of the driveway to talk to us as we were leaving one day. He told us he had done work on this property 5 months ago and was still waiting to get paid. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We just stayed here for two weeks (end of September 2020) with our family. The views are astounding, the house is very comfortable, and the location is amazing. The house is in a neighborhood and 6 min from a grocery store but is positioned so that you feel like you feel like you’re completely remote. We had three kids (2 through 9) and four adults and there was more than enough room (could have had more). The kitchen was the best stocked rental house kitchen I have ever seen. The house was clean, deck and hot tub were wonderful; we used both every day. The reviews about there being a lot of cords for the entertainment system are correct, but you can figure it out in about 5 minutes. Finally, TurnKey was great. The hot tub went out two days before we left and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

First off, the house is gorgeous! All the modern amenities in a classic “log” home. The views from the windows and balconies are so beautiful and soothing. It’s our new home away from home. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Holy cow! Where to start. This property provide a very much needed refuge for us. The house has great comfy places to hang throughout, a well appointed kitchen, and insanely comfortable beds. We were all asstounded on how comfortable they were. The hot tub and upstairs balcony provide stunning views of the valley and sunrises. Close to town we were able to enjoy peace and quiet with the luxury of getting to town whenever we needed to quickly. Lovely quiet home, we really enjoyed the outdoor space and walks in the neighborhood. Host was very responsive and home had all amenities as described. the vacation was fun. I got to experience a new place that i’ve never been too the scenery was beautiful but i wasn’t impressed with the house. the cleaning was a disappointment on top of it being hot and dusty when we got there.
