Welcoming Waterfront Luxury Estate for Family, Friends, and Pets in Annapolis

Host was so communicative and accommodating.The house was already set up 3/4’a of the way for food and drinks I only had to complete the groceries for things we needed specifically. The house was beautiful and decorated well already for the holidays.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this incredibly beautiful home over the weekend of our son’s wedding. The host Michelle was very responsive and very generous in providing complimentary snacks, soft drinks, and water. There are so many special touches in the home - a dog wash, cocktail maker, elevator and more! The home is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The view of the Severn River is visible through the trees. The photographer used the beautiful backdrop of the pool area for the groomsmen’s photos, and the guys enjoyed shooting pool and watching the Ryder Cup while socializing before heading to the wedding. This is a great home for a special occasion with family! Didn’t really want to leave and look forward to a return visit in the future!

This was our second stay at this property. It was excellent. A beautiful house, furnished extremely well, close to major highways, stores, restaurants and amenities. Michelle is extremely responsive. We hope to stay at this property again if it is available.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well furnished. We celebrated Christmas at the house with our family and Michelle had put up some very tasteful Christmas decorations including a Christmas tree. Our entire family enjoyed it. Communication with Michelle was very easy and timely. . We would love to book again in the future

Totally amazing place. The hosts are amazing and have included everything and I mean everything you can possibly need to have a great time. So much space and so much fun. Game room downstairs is awesome. Loved the card room and table. The views are spectacular and very secluded and private. Thank you for a great time and making us all feel welcome.

The perfect upscale home rental for our 50th reunion. Spacious; beautifully decorated, close enough to football stadium and Naval Academy.

Wow is the starting point for a review of this property. We stayed here for a long weekend celebrating my wife's 40th birthday; it was a captivating home for us, our friends, and pets. Communication with the owner was expedient the few times on check-in day.

We found this property to be perfect for our daughter's wedding. 11 of us stayed very comfortably and we all had our own bathrooms which was AMAZING. The communication from the host and us was fantastic and that made any issues we had were resolved in a timely manner. We would definitely come back here and stay.

Excellent host, everything that you can think of was provided. Well stocked kitchen. Lavish bathrooms. Guests couldn't stop talking about the layout of the home and beautiful it is. Well worth the price and I would give it 10 stars if I could.

We had an amazing long weekend with our family and dogs. The house is nestled in the woods on the river, 20 mins from downtown Annapolis. The home was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
