Stayed Oct 2, 2022Wi-Fi did not work for approximately one week. Instead of sending a technician that specializes in fixing this problem, they sent the cleaning lady. Finally, after about a week a technician showed up and I had to be present at the property for as long as it took to fix the problem which began with a wire outside. Also, I noticed the modems were outdated and asked the technician to install new ones which he did. The Wi-Fi was in perfect order after that. I felt extremely unsafe because since the Wi-Fi didn’t work, this meant cameras didn’t either. The kitchen window in front had half a curtain on it which allowed anyone to look into the house at all hours if they chose! The main bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed that was nearly broken. I’d never stay at that property again. I felt as though I did their job in waiting for the technician to fix the Wi-Fi. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund and was flat out told no. There was No real reason as to why I couldn’t cancel or receive a refund. This was a terrible experience!

Stayed Apr 14, 2022House was really beautiful, very cozy really close to a shopping area, fast food. What I loved about was that each room had a pull out couch so the kids had there own bed even had the cousins stay over and they had there own pull out. Totally recommend this house for large families.

Stayed Jan 14, 2022Great house just what we needed for our stay in San Antonio. The only drawback was the house having one bathroom (which we knew going into it), but otherwise the yard, kitchen and bedrooms were great! Management was very responsive to our requests.
