Welcoming & Conveniently Located Dog-Friendly Home - Walk to Everything

Great experience, just enough room to feel at home for our month long stay in the keys. Close proximity to shops and restaurants. I hope this property is available for our next trip down there

We were very happy with the rental. Clean and newly remodeled inside. I really like the shower. All appliances worked well , minor issue with the back door latch and one A/C unit, which was resolved by Vasca in reasonable time. Only one issue, next door restaurant had a maintenance man doing outdoor roof repair work at 3am (loud and bright lights), but only occurred once. I would highly recommend this rental. Overall, great experience. I would like to rent it in Feb 2023, however doesn’t look available.

The cottage was ready on schedule, and the air conditioning is updated. All we needed for relaxation in Key West.

I have stayed in this property several times, and I hope to do so again. The location is very convenient, and the property has everything I need for an extended stay (fast wifi, washer/dryer, microwave, etc.). All of the appliances are in good condition. The property management and maintenance staff are helpful and efficient.

House was very clean and well taken care of, plenty of amenities to make the stay a breeze. Most of all though, it was close to everything exciting on Key West. We could walk most everywhere, but if not walking, biking made it a breeze. Loved the time there!

This is the second time we rented this cottage. We like the privacy of a cottage, along with a full kitchen. All of the amenities worked, and the place was ready and clean on arrival. We hope to rent it again next year.

Good location in Old Town; having a cottage was really like living in Key West. It has a nice layout, and all of the appliances functioned well. Nice restaurant right next door.

The home is nicely remodeled and perfect for 2 people. You are 2 blocks from Duval Street. Be aware that there is NO parking available for whoever rents this place. You can easily drive around for an hour or more looking for a parking place with no guarantee of finding one. The city parking garage is 9 blocks away and costs $107/ month. If you're flying in and have no rental car it is a wonderful location. There is a nice, but expensive, restaurant next door.

I stayed here while working in Key West for a month. The house is in the middle of old town, just a couple blocks off Duval. Close to restaurants, bars, anything you want on the island. My favorite part of this house is the covered front porch. Perfect for enjoying a drink in the shade on a hot day. The staff was helpful and the whole experience was exceptional.
