Welcoming 2-bedroom house with AC in Greenacres

Overall a good stay. Good check in communication with the host. I appreciate the coffee setup. The unit was clean.Three downsides I noticed.One of the beds was very flimsy, not supportive, and should be replaced.The same bedroom has window shades that allow a significant amount of light through.The couch could be a much improved, it is hard and not comfortable.

The property was advertised as a private 2-bedroom home, but it is actually a duplex with other tenants and even a camper in the backyard, with a shared driveway—none of which was disclosed. Privacy was not what was promised.Communication with the hosts was poor and often came off rude, even when asking simple questions. We were also wrongly accused of having a party, when we only had a few family members visiting.The area did not feel very safe, and noise from the other tenant made it hard to rest—definitely not ideal for a vacation stay.The mattresses were in very bad condition (one squeaked and felt like it might collapse), and basic supplies were lacking—only 1/3 roll of toilet paper for a 5-day stay. Trash instructions were unclear, and when clarified, the response was again unpleasant.While the unit itself was okay and the outdoor area was nice, it clearly needs updates, and some issues appear to be covered rather than fixed.Overall, this stay did not match the listing and expectations.

Host was awesome. All kitchen needs were there, VERY CLEAN. Will definitely be back for next trip

Definitely a good affordable option. Would rent again!

Great little house overall. Super clean, a nice grill on the patio for cookouts, wifi was good, a few extra food stuffs like keluerig coffee, cookies, bottled water. We would stay here again.

Nice, clean, comfortable place. Kitchen, dining room were good size and well equipped. Sitting room was very small, fine for one or two people a tight fit for any more than that. We had an enjoyable stay.

We completed our stay and the unit itself was clean, and the host was responsive when contacted. However, there were several important details that were not disclosed in the listing.There is a septic restriction where toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in a trash bin. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, photos, or prior messaging. We only became aware of it after seeing a sign in the bathroom and confirming with the host. This would have affected our decision to book.The amenities list washer and dryer, but we were unable to locate or access any washer or dryer within our unit during our stay.The property is described as a “house,” but it is actually part of a multi-unit setup with another short-term rental attached, and there was someone living in an RV in the backyard during our stay. This was not clearly represented and impacted our expectations of privacy.

My family had a wonderful stay, the house was very clean, in fact spotless. It had all the amenities you need for an extended stay, like bathroom toiletries and the kitchen was fully equipped. We were in town for our son's volleyball tournament and it was very comfortable. The A.C was nice and cold, the t.v's were nice to rest and relax later in the evening. Very convenient location, we had our own parking spot and the host was really great. If we had any questions, Raquel answered right away and was very accommodating and she made sure we had a comfortable stay and that she was available if we needed anything. We will definitely book again when in the area.
