Parking is an absolute breeze with a spacious 2-car carport and ample driveway space for your group. For your peace of mind and effortless arrivals at any hour, the home features seamless keyless smart-lock entry and a Vivint home security system. Make yourselves completely at home!

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $45 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• We offer Pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm the pool, with a maximum temperature of 90º. Let us know in advance if you want this option, so the pool is heated for you upon arrival.
