What a great place! It was decorated so nicely and was so clean!! Everyone loved the heated pool, pool table and other amenities!!! Would highly recommend this Coastal Oasis for a family or friend gathering!!!!

This is a lovely property with lots of space to spread out, gorgeous yard, and well-appointed kitchen. Lots of fun for all ages, comfortable and easy. A great place for family to relax after graduation.

Reasons for our lower review: - The photos in the listing are not accurate. None of the outdoor furniture in the photos are at the house. We were excited about the loungers with the canopy and they were not there. The couch shown is now a table with chairs. - There is NO POOL TABLE- The couches in the game room are stained and pretty gross- Lighting outside is terrible so it’s hard to swim in the evening. There are NO lights in the pool. - The pocket door connecting the bathroom to the office bedroom STILL DOES NOT WORK. Once our kids were in bed we couldn’t use the bathroom so we didn’t wake them up with the light/noise. - The shower in the same jack n jill bathroom did not drain well enough so you would shower with 3 inches of water on the floor. It made it just feel gross so we showered in another bathroom- The bedding is basically nothing. There is a top sheet & a “quilt” that is just as thin as a top sheet. There is also no extra bedding or blankets to put on the bed if you would like something more substantial than that. - No games, there isn’t so much as a deck of cards. - Everything is done as cheaply as possible, even for the littlest things - like the shower curtain hooks. The chairs at the two dining tables are so flimsy the legs are about to fall off. The pots and pans are disgusting & scratched up- Floors were disgustingly dirty. walking around barefoot and within 15 min feet were black. I'd write more but ran out of room :(

We had a great stay! Even though it was short, the home was large and very accommodating; the rooms were spacious, the pool was great, large backyard, I cannot say enough nice things about our host, she always responded promptly and was very helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer...

Amazing stay, will definitely book again!

We only stayed two nights at this Rockledge home. It was conveniently located and well appointed. Having the additionally amenities like coffee, creamer, snacks, and bathroom supplies were so nice! I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and having this was such a plus. The kids enjoyed the game room and outdoor area. The playground is a bit rundown and could use some TLC. The pool looked fine however not warm enough for December swimming. The beds were so comfortable as well as the pillows. There is some street noise but overall good sleep at this large house. Thank you for our stay.

There were 10 of us staying here before a cruise and we couldn't have been more impressed with the layout of the house. Everything worked out right and everyone had their own space. The only complaints we have and they are very minimal, was that the pool was supposed to be heated and it was not, and it was difficult to play pool because the table was too close to the walls and windows. Other than that, I give this place a five star rating and I recommend it to anyone.

Overall good place for families but the owners need to tighten up for what we paid. When we arrived to check in at 4 o’clock, we had to wait outside till 4:30 PM because the previous people supposedly trash the place however my feeling if they would’ve been there at checkout, they would’ve had ample hours to clean it before 4 o’clock. That would be five hours. I wasn’t going to leave a review. She was very apologetic and took a little money off the cleaning fee even though I didn’t ask for that but the reason I’m gonna leave the review is because I had two senior moms with me and they’re 70s and 80s and I texted them and told them that all the dining room chairs where we were going to eat we’re completely loose so loose it could bend all the way back. Very unsafe, especially for seniors. All the chairs except for two of them, you would sit in them and they would just go back all the screws were loose so they hadn’t been checked in a long time. There was other things like the door to go to the outside play area which we used a lot was broken and the shower door and the master suite was broken so you had to hold it close with your hand while taking a shower . Just a lot of inattention to things where the place has potential to be very nice and all stars.

We stayed one night before our cruise. We loved everything about the property

We played baseball at Space Coast and had 6 adults and 4 kiddos. There was enough space for us to spread out. The property was about an 8 minute drive to the park. The backyard was great and spacious. The only negative was the one of the bathroom doors wouldn't close properly.

The property was really nice and the host was very quick with any communication. However, there are pocket doors for a jack and jill bathroom separating two bedrooms and one of them was broken and couldn't be closed, literally no privacy. The same bathroom had a broken shower door that could not be closed. Down a shower unless you want to water the floor, and we had 10 people staying there. Shower and go potty at your own risk as there was no way to close or lock the pocket door(s). The dining room chairs, although white and beautiful were so wiggly and unstable we were afraid they'd snap if we sat in them. So no use of the large dining table and again, we were feeding 10 people. None of these problems stopped us from having a wonderful vacation. But we noticed in some previous reviews the same items were mentioned as broken. When we notified the host she said they've had back to back rentals and had no time to fix them yet. When rental property is your business - you'd think making the time to fix broken things so the full house as listed can be used would be a priority. Again, things happen, we had a great time! Just hope some time is made to address these issues for the next guests.
