Vibrant Rockledge Home ~ 2 Mi to Cocoa Village!

The house was abundantly supplied with amenities, very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal, the neighborhood is quiet and many places are within walking distance. The host is wonderful to work with and attentive. We loved staying here !

My wife and I had a comfortable 3 week stay at the Little House. We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen. The backyard gas grill also got used several times. One of our daily activities included a walk along the Indian River just two blocks away. We also enjoyed Cocoa beach which was a twenty minute drive. One of our favorite golf courses was near to us as well. Our host was outstanding. She said on day one that she wanted a perfect stay for us…and it was! drive

We really enjoyed the area. The house was perfect for our short visit. Everything was cleaned. The porch was wonderful to sit in with the humidity days. Any questions we had, was quickly answered. Ideas for local places to visit was helpful. We enjoyed having a washer & dryer to wash our clothes before we left for home. Thanks so much!

Checking in as 2 females, this house was perfect! The decor has a Key West Vibe and the house was beyond clean! The bathrooms are usually the scariest, but this bathroom was super clean! There was no mold anywhere! The shower curtain was even cleaned! Each of the 2 bedroom were dust free, cleaned, and sanitized. No issues with neighbors or animals outside. Very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and was able to fully relax knowing that this rental was soo very clean! Seriously, the cleanest I've ever rented. Instructions for check in and check out were simple and easy. The host was easily available by text message. The kitchen had all new appliances that haven't been used yet. Short walk to everything. I can't wait to book this again!

The house is in a convenient location. Close to beaches and shopping. The owner was helpful throughout the stay.

We stayed at The Little House for a week while in town visiting family. The house was super clean and was very nicely decorated. It was well stocked with kitchenware, linens, beach towels and even beach chairs! Our host, Bonnie, was wonderful! She was available for a quick question here and there, and she had great recommendations on her welcome letter. We would definitely stay at The Little House again!

This is a lovely cottage! Though a 1940's vintage house, it has been entirely renovated and updated with all new fixtures and kitchen appliances. Ms. Bonnie is a terrific host who thought of everything to make the welcome and stay perfect. There are starter supplies in the kitchen, a huge Smart TV and our favorite, the screened porch where we spent hours. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome basket with snacks waiting for us. The bedrooms featured very comfy beds and an abundance of pillows! It is in a neighborhood that is perfect for morning and evening walks. I walked the couple blocks down to the neighborhood dock on the Indian River to watch the launch of the Skylink rocket. Spectacular! Ms. Bonnie is a font of information. I highly recommend this location!

The house was lovely, happy and cozy! The host was super helpful from the start of the booking until our last day. Any question you have about anything at all, things to do, the place your staying, food, beaches they have all the answers. Would highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again if I were visiting the same area.

From the time we booked until the time we left Bonnie was amazing! The home if very comfortable, cozy and clean. There was nothing that we needed that we didn't have. The location of the house is awesome, everything is literally 2-3 minutes away. I highly recommend The House House and will stay here again on our next visit.
