Welcome to Villa Rosa! A 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Oceanfront Getaway

The home was perfect for our after Christmas beach getaway! The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay; amenities and items for the beach! We had minor issues with the Internet, but Alexander was very prompt in responding to the issue. The home is perfectly located right on such a beautiful beach and it made for a great stay!

The property was amazing and was exactly as listed. The beach access was incredible. Access to amenities, activities and food was super convenient. The home was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely select this property again.

This home has everything you need for your stay. Always well stocked. We had 6 adults and two small children. It was the perfect size for us. This was our second stay at this home. Communication with the owner is always easy and he is quick to respond.

Beautiful house directly in the beach. Spotless and updated recently. Very comfortable bedrooms and living space. We enjoyed our week here very much!

Our stay at Villa Rosa was fantastic. A perfect spot for our week-long family beach vacation. The back deck backs right up to the beach, and the location on the beach was very private and didn't get busy like some of the public access areas. The home is spacious with everything you could need in the kitchen, plus plenty of beach equipment in the garage, which was perfect for us since we flew down for the trip.Alexander was extremely responsive to our needs and even ordered new beach chairs when one of the ones we were using broke. Fantastic service, great space, only about a 10 minute drive from all the bars and restaurants on St. Augustine, and then Publix that was about 2 minutes down the road saw us each day of the week.Highly recommend this stay for any family or friends looking for an easy, laid back week.

It was fun

The location is perfect - directly on the beach which is nearly private. The clean home is set up to provide privacy, if wanted, but having comfortable common areas. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for the adults, while the kiddos shared a bathroom downstairs between their bedrooms. This will not be our last visit here, since it has all the amenities needed for a great week. Along with the beach, we enjoyed all nature has to offer: dolphin sightings each day (a huge pod of 12 entertained each day), a turtle nest right in front of us, a sea turtle laying her eggs on the beach, crabbing, water birds…what an experience!

Alex is a great host, always replies to any questions or requests. This was our third consecutive family stay and always is a wonderful time. Plan on going again next year with the family.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Loved the house and the location. We spent most days enjoying the beach and exploring the area in the evening. The house was so well located-close to everything we wanted to do. Alexander was an excellent host who responded quickly to our needs. We plan to come back next year!

Wonderful sunrises - absolutely perfect location.

Great location. Close to Publix and St Augustine restaurants and museums a short car ride.The house was comfortable and well equipped. Beachfront and Beautiful!

The location on and access to the beach are wonderful. Alex was very responsive - we had a problem with the BBQ and he dealt with the issue immediately. Great times sitting on the deck wat ching the dolpins and just relaxing.

House was spacious and right on the beach. The sliding door in the living room was so hard to open and close we just had to use the one in the master bedroom. There was ants all in the kitchen. There was no toilet paper upon arrival.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family vacation. The house is very spacious and open and the direct access to the beach was amazing. Will definitely be coming back!

Our family just returned from a memorable week at Villa Rosa. The house is great. The location is great. The management was very responsive and attentive. The house is located right on the ocean. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean in pure delight. There were six adults in our party and we never felt cramped or got in each others way. The bedrooms were all spacious with big comfortable beds. The house had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Had a nice dining room table for late night card games. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need. The house is just minutes from the sights and attractions of St. Augustine and all the wonderful dining options.I highly recommend a trip to St. Augustine and if you do be sure to book Villa Rosa.

Great beach front property - perfect for relaxing days on the beautiful beach AND quick drive to downtown St. Augustine! So much to do & enjoy!

Great beach house with more amenities than listed. Very clean. Perfect location to pop onto the beach whenever the desire strikes, as it's your backyard! The deck is fantastic. Great for watching the sunrise.

Best location for a Family St. Augustine visit.

We have stayed here 5 years in a row and love it more each year! It's such a wonderful place and perfect for our family. Cannot wait to be back next year!

Beautiful sunrises are seen from the large ocean front deck. Plenty of seating. Kitchen and baths well stocked! Super short ride to Verano Publix, pier and restaurants. St Augustine is also super close. 10 min drive? Ish? Great communication with manager when needed.
