We enjoyed our stay. Home was as advertised and the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

Beautiful home, we had a great stay here. Wasn't a big fan of the in person check in with a lady from the property management company, we had to postpone getting our day started to wait for her arrival, but she was nice when she got there so it wasn't a big deal. Also be aware that you have to pay them for your electric you used during your stay, I got charged 86 after we left which I felt was slightly excessive for what we used, but it is what it is. They were responsive and professional, and the home was awesome. As far as the location, it was perfect for us too. I recommend this home for anyone looking for a beautiful vacation in Cape Coral. We would absolutely stay here again and probably will. Thank you

This property was everything we hoped for and more. Fantastic lake view from beautiful private pool. The house was very clean and great for spending time with family. Check-in and out was easy. Great location too. Would highly recommend. The owners were very nice as well.

Just home from spending a month at this lovely, well equipped, beautifully furnished home. My husband and I were here for the, almost, entire month of January. Our daughter and her family joined us for about 6 days and another couple came for 5 days as well. Everyone loved the space and location. Cape Coral is so easy to around. Our weather was mostly terrible so it was wonderful to be staying somewhere that still felt like a holiday because it was so classy, comfortable and felt like home. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the beds were too firm, that being said I would definitely go back. Loved the personal check in and out, the management company has lovely staff and it puts you at ease. Normally you just self check in and never meet anyone unless you have a problem, this was so much nicer, thank you.
