Newly completed in 2024, this beautifully crafted family home is a place you will be delighted to share with your family seeking relaxation, connection, and immersion in nature.

Surrounded by protected woodland, the property is rich with natural history andwildlife. The surrounding turpentine pines frame the home in privacy and serenity. Blue herons nest nearby, owls return each season, and guests may even spot a bald eagle while relaxing on the oversized covered porch overlooking the rare inland pond and direct water view of Apalachicola Bay beyond. This peaceful woodland setting, paired with calming bay views, makes Tween Waters an ideal escape for nature lovers.

The third queen bedroom also enjoys peaceful outdoor views and opens onto a separate porch, a private walk-out veranda overlooking a protected natural area with an osprey nest nearby.

Additional features include a full laundry room, Smart TVs, and dedicated high-speed internet with Wi-Fi that easily supports streaming movies, video calls, and remote work or webinars. Generous parking is available beneath the home for added convenience.

Outdoor living is a defining feature of Tween Waters. The expansive covered porch is ideal for year-round enjoyment, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views over the bay, wildlife watching, or simply unwinding in the coastal breeze. For easy beach access, the owners have recently created a private path to Leisure Lane, shortening the walk to a quick 3 minutes and providing convenient access to the Casa Del Mar beach boardwalk.
