Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this beautiful and well-maintained 3-bedroom home while moving our daughter back to college at the University of Alabama. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The side yard was a great bonus—perfect for our dog to stretch out and play. Communication with the host was easy and responsive, which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend for anyone needing a peaceful and convenient place to stay in the area! I’ve been renting from Bama Bed and Breakfast for the last 5 years and they haven’t failed me yet. Love working with their friendly, knowledgeable and professional team!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience with Bama B&B Rentals and the property Tide on 12th. The staff were always friendly and responsive to all questions. They were able to offer us early check in which was great for graduation weekend events. The house itself was so well appointed and comfortable. The spaces were large enough so everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen had more supplies than we had hoped and the treat bin was a nice surprise. The location was great for us and parking was never an issue. It was a great stay and we would all highly recommend the property!

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Perfect house and location! Spotless! Had absolutely everything you need provided for a comfortable stay! We walked to downtown Tuscaloosa and to the campus with ease multiple times during our stay. Beds were very comfortable! Close to everything!

Had a beautiful remodel and is at a perfect location close to the U of Alabama. I would stay here again.
