Great property, great host, great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. We felt safe. The location was close to restaurants and not too far from the Canal street car route. The owners were easily accessible.

Location was perfect.

Everything was as advertised and location was very convenient. Parking was not an issue.

Loved this property! Location was perfect for us. Quiet, charming, and safe neighborhood; within walking distance to coffee shops, bakery, breakfast. Friendly hosts (including the porch cats that greeted us regularly and welcomed the attention from our kids), friendly neighbors. Clean and comfortable accommodations. No complaints.

Comfy, well designed and decorated shotgun apartment. Kitchen is easy to cook in. A bit of outdoor space. Private, but owners nextdoor are easy to ready to assist or provide info. Comfortable beds and really nice bathrooms. Neighborhood is perfect for exploring uptown and Audubon Park.But a short walk to streetcar or drive to quarter.Highly recommend!!

Our stay at the JazzNest was absolutely fabulous. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet it’s just a short walk to the streetcar, making it incredibly convenient to explore many parts of New Orleans.

The house was adorable, clean, and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The beds were extra comfy, which is a huge plus in my book! Would definitely consider booking again for my next trip to NOLA!

Fantastic gem of a house in the coolest neighborhood. Decorations were fun, beds were comfortable, had everything we needed and the location was fabulous. Host was very communicative leading up to the stay & there was nothing we needed while we were there. Would absolutely stay here again.

We love this part of NOLA and Jazz Nest was a great spot! Owners very helpful and easy to work with. Loved the New Orleans decor! Just one issue for our group was the height of the bed in queen bedroom. A stepstool would have really helped! Bed comfy though once you got in!

A nice two bedroom in a great location close to magazine street and walking distance to some very nice restaurants: Le Petite Grocery, Shaya, Saba and some excellent coffee shops. Easy drive to Tulane. Comfortable beds. Full kitchen. Great communication from this premier host. Would recommend and definitely will stay here again.

What a lovely gem just off Magazine Street and an easy commute to Tulane or downtown on the trolley, which is just a 10-minute walk from JazzNest This place couldn't be any cuter with it's jazz decor. Very comfortable for a family of four, or two couples, with two bedrooms on opposite ends of central kitchen.We'll definitely be back! We're only sorry that someone else has already booked it for our next visit to New Orleans in November. We'll need to be sure to book earlier next year. (For great French pastries, walk 5 minutes to La Boulangerie!)

Such an awesome experience! First time in NOLA not knowing what to expect and this apartment was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful area near Tulane University. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Friends and family trip to explore the creepier side of New Orleans and we wanted to stay in a place that captured the charm of New Orleans and it did not disappoint. Gracious hosts and a great home.

The Jazz Nest is an absolute gem and we are so happy we stayed there on our trip to New Orleans! The character and charm it has is incredible and made us feel right at home with the NOLA vibe we were hoping for. Every little detail was perfect and it is evident how much hard work and love the hosts put into this space. Great location and close to so many things. We can’t wait to come back and stay there again! Highly recommend!!

Perfect spot for our small family. Amazing property and location. Only thing that would have been a nice to have would have been an extension cord to plug a phone in by the bed in the back bedroom. We look forward to returning! Roll Wave!

This was a great place to stay! Plenty of room, great amenities, friendly host, Nice area. Great recommendation for local restaurant, Joey Ks, from the host. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience. We will definitely be back. Also, the cats who like at the hoats house are nice and friendly and filled my need to love on animals during our trip away from our furkids.

My family was in town for LSU graduation. We were very pleased with the house. The spaciousness and all of the extras the owner provided. And it was 3 blocks from my daughter's house. Would stay there anytime.

Perfect place for a quick getaway to NOLA. Great location to restaurants, bars, coffee shop, shopping, etc. Place was perfect for 2 adult couples. Check in and check out easy as can be!

Very easy rental experience. Comfortable half of shotgun home located within easy walking distance to restaurants, groceries and Mardi Gras parades. The owners live on the other side of the home if you need anything. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nicely decorated and furnished, easy and close street parking. Good neighborhood with restaurants, grocery stores nearby, and a coffee shop one block away. The only possible negative is that one room has a bed that is probably 4 feet off the floor, and is a problem for people with disabilities or elderly to get in and out of, and also for small children.

My wife and I (and our dog) just finished a week-long stay through the Christmas holiday and had a truly enjoyable experience. Being our first time visiting New Orleans and having our dog with us, we wanted to avoid staying downtown while still being close enough to utilize public transportation to get there and JazzNest offered just that. The St. Charles street car has a stop within walking distance from the house, however for a few days we ended up parking near the stop to save some steps after multiple days of exploring the French Quarter. Being close to Magazine Street also offered the opportunity to eat at several fantastic local restaurants, and the peaceful neighborhood made it easy to walk our dog and enjoy quiet time throughout the day.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect! Wonderful host! And the place was top tier! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a quick trip in NOLA right before our cruise. The Jazz Nest was a great place to relax and unwind after exploring the city. Only complaint was upon arrival trying to unlock the door. Once we got inside there was a note in the book of tips left on how to best work the lock (that would have been beneficial to be sent prior to check-in)

We stayed in Jazz Nest for Thanksgiving and really enjoyed our visit to NOLA. The location is awesome, we walked to restaurants, coffee shops and the dog park. The trolley was a short walk away and a great way to get to the historic district. Very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood.

Great stay at JazzNest! We stayed with our 2 small dogs and the owners were amazing. They are animal lovers and have three dogs and two cats of their own. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very dog friendly. There is a coffee shop around the corner and multiple restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. There is also a park/dog park one block over. Due to the short-term rental rules in New Orleans the owners must be on site so you are technically renting one side of their home. Older New Orleans style home that has been remodeled. They did have everything we needed. The air conditioner/heat is controlled by the owners from their side of the house, however, there are two window air conditioner units as well as multiple fans for your comfort. When we saw the owners on the porch they did ask about our comfort as well. Bed was very comfortable and house was clean/no mold issues. For allergy sensitive Individuals, they do use gain laundry detergent. We would definitely stay again! .

Me and my best friend came down for a girls trip and a litrle mothers getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful and decorated for a girls girl. The beds and linen were amazing and we felt so at home. There is a little corner store about 2 mins from the house. We used a lyft to get to bourbon street about 15 minutes away. If i come back to nola i will def stay here again and again.

My husband and I stayed at Jazz Net with our 4 year old and 8 year old. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to transit and shops on the Magazine street. The host is responsive and check in and check out are hassle free. This house is perfect for family and we'd love to come back!

Staycation in NOLA while our house was being worked on. Amanda was wonderful to work with and the property met all of our expectations. Would highly recommend this property.
