Amazing stay and WOW, what a location! The home is literally steps from the ocean. Communication from the start was super easy. Filled with info and always super fast to respond! I would stay here again and again! After leaving the house we left some medication and when reaching out to the homeowners I heard back within minutes. They immediately located the medication and stayed on property waiting for our return to pick it up! Talking about ABOVE AND BEYOND! It’s that kind of personal touch and immediate response that makes this 10 out of 5 stars!

We stayed here with our two children for a Disney/Universal Trip. Every aspect of the property was perfect. Convenient location, easy on-site parking, walkable shopping/dining and the beach is literally across the street. We would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of space to relax, hang out, play board games, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The beach gear and wagon were really helpful. The location was convenient, a short walk to Main St., shops, pier, beach, boardwalk, coffee, acai and dining. Garage parking guaranteed a safe and secure parking spot and made loading and unloading really easy. We will be back!

We had a fabulous family vacation to celebrate the holidays in this well-appointed home. It is roomy with the best location to enjoy the town all within walking distance! The kitchen was extraordinary! The hosts are very responsive and welcoming!! I I can’t recommend our stay more highly! We look forward to returning in the future!!

Can't say enough about this property. It was very clean, well stocked, fantastic location, and just an all around great place to stay. Great communication from the owners Vanessa and Mike with thoughtful touches throughout.

This beach house was absolutely amazing. The location was unreal, close to all the restaurants, beach and pier. The house was extremely spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Had plenty of beach equipment and everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location for a group. The hosts were very helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

The house was immaculate. From the location to the cleanliness the house was a 12/10, it was perfect!! Vanessa and Mike were amazing and truly made it feel like I was staying at a friends house. We had one slight issue with the front door lock (user error whoops) and they responded immediately to address it. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone booking a trip to Huntington Beach.

We had such a wonderful stay at 6th on the Beach Beach-House in Huntington Beach! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, great local restaurants, and shops. The house was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. You can really feel the care that’s been put into making this a special place to stay.We felt right at home and truly enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely love to come back again soon!

This was my first experience with renting a house. Vanessa is an excellent host. She was quick in replying to all our questions. The location of the house was walking distance to the beach. Never used our cars.The house was immaculate and welcoming.I will stay again Rosay

We enjoyed the location. The hosts had all the details inside the home. They had Ziploc bags spray for the bathrooms. Q-tips lotions soaps in the kitchen was very large and had a lot of the basic amenities that were needed the layout of the home allowed for a good bit of privacy as it had two living rooms and overall, it was a very nice Location and I would highly recommend these hosts

We loved our time here. The house was perfect for all our needs. We loved the location in HB. We definitely will stay here again!

The photos don’t give it justice!! This home is beautiful. The beds were so comfortable- I felt like I was at a JW Marriott. Big kitchen with top of the line appliances, dishes, and anything else you would need. Everything was very clean and fresh smelling. The location was perfect for us. A block to the beach and two blocks to Main Street with restaurants and night life. There’s a cute coffee shop two places down that we picked breakfast up at and ate on the front patio. The traffic is a little loud at night since it’s only 1/2 block from PCH - gets a little warm if you shut the windows due to the sound - no AC.
