Each bedroom includes its own unique modern flair, featuring high-quality mattresses and linens. The large master bedroom has a vintage Palm Springs aesthetic with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers modern glamor with a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Both king and queen bedrooms come equipped with desks, ideal for those working remotely, and large TVs with access to streaming apps for added convenience and leisure. Lastly, the third bedroom offers a desert-themed oasis, furnished with two modern twin beds with a bathroom right next to the room. -Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. 21 days May - October. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay. You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.

- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

Things to Note: While the property itself is private and peaceful, the front of the house faces Farrell Drive, so there can be some road noise outdoors at certain times. Most guests still find the space very relaxing and enjoy the pool and spa but we always want to make sure expectations are fully aligned.

    I would highly recommend this property for a group of friends or family, very spacious and well equipped. The house had everything we needed and was a quick drive to the heart of downtown PS. Only downside to the location was there was nothing in walking distance.

    We have rented many houses in Palm Springs but this is by far one of the loveliest and best appointed. You do not need to bring anything but your clothing. The kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas have everything you need. The mid century modern furnishings are high quality and the color scheme is unique. The Blu is the perfect place for family gatherings. There is plenty of room for doing things together, like playing the many games and puzzles provided or watching TV or enjoying the pool and spa. There are also lots of unique spaces outside to get away for some privacy. The location is pretty convenient to downtown, the 10, and the airport. Although it is close to the airport, airplane noise was never a problem, The management was extremely pleasant to work with and responded quickly to our needs.
