Welcome to Tampa Bay, beautiful private home with 4 bedrooms and a pool

Our stay was exceptional. Everything in the listing is accurate. Beautiful location The house was spotless, with high-end appliances and thoughtful touches ! The beds were incredibly comfortable with hotel-quality linen. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Rolando was an amazing host, Highly recommend!

This house is beautifully renovated, and exceptionally clean! We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you need. Beds are comfortable. It was perfect for 4 friends to spend a long weekend together. Thank you so much!

This was a beautiful home in the middle of a quiet and safe neighborhood. It had most of what we needed. The pool area was nice but wish it was heated and needed to provide a skimmer. It was nice to be able to sit by the pool with a cup of coffee in the morning before we headed out for the day. Close enough to many of the things we came to see and do. We would stay here again.

The house and host was everything expected. House was clean and in a nice neighborhood. Weather was cold so we did not get to take advantage of the pool. Location is very close to the airport. Minutes from grocery stores and amazing restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

The house was very clean and looked great. The pool was nice and the bedrooms had real good and comfortable beds. The appliances were all clean and in good working order. The house was in a great and safe area.

House was very clean and felt safe in the neighborhood. Also it was very convenient to our family’s house that we were visiting.

Rolando was super responsive and let us check in early! The house was lovely. Super clean. The pool was also really nice and clean. The only issue we had was that we weren’t allowed to put the AC below 74 degrees, and it was quite hot for September. But there are fans in most rooms, so that helped. Also, the landscapers come EARLY Saturday morning, so we weren’t able to sleep in, but that was indicated on the fridge. Overall, really lovely stay and really great hosts!

Overall the property is nice. We enjoyed the pool and house. House and pool was as pictured. I communicated with owner that we needed more blankets and sheets for the couch. He said he was going to come by to unlock the cabinet but he didn’t. We ended using jackets as blankets. We also needed extra towels for the pool. We didn’t get a chance to communicate that master bedroom bathroom door was broken at check in so I reported it the next evening when we got back to the house. We didn’t brake the door because it was already hard to open that evening when we used the bathroom. I gave him courtesy and reported it. He messaged me that we broke it and he would invoiced me or report me to VRBO. I then messaged him to call to discuss. He never called me back. So I figured I will put VRBO handle it from there. This made our experience upsetting while on vacation. I didn’t appreciate being accused of us braking something.

Beautiful home with enough space for a family with grandchildren, the pool is a whole other area of activity. You will not regret a stay at this property.
