This property was located close to the beach and fully furnished with everything needed for wonderful vacation! It was a relaxing wonderful vacation and I truly appreciate Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals and the owners of this beautiful home.

As the previous owner of this house, we looked forward to seeing if any changes were made and to our delight some improvements had occurred. The new siding, addition of a second fridge and the addition of a renter storage area down stairs were great additions. As always, the grandchildren enjoyed the basket ball and ping pong that is available. The house remains one of the best deals at Edisto Beach with its close location to the beach, one block, the screened porch and deck on the back of the house and the ample supply of dishes, pots and pans. I was very pleased to see that the new owners continue to keep the property in top notch shape and also added the improvements. I am sure they will enjoy the house along with all the renters for many years to come. When possible, my family will always consider this house when we visit Edisto Beach.

My teenager, friends, & I had a wonderful stay at Salt Therapy. Beautiful home, only a block from the beach, and close to everything on the island. Plenty of room, lots of extras including board games, basketball, ping pong, & beach accessories. Would definitely rebook this house again!

Lovely home and furnishings with a well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, etc.). We loved biking and walking from the house and the fenced yard was a real plus for our two dogs.

Three generations of my family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. Salt Therapy was spotless and well furnished. The kitchen had every pan, pot, and dish imaginable. There was even a waffle maker and three coffee makers (which comes in handy when people enjoy different kinds of coffee). The fenced back yard was perfect. A special treat was having two outdoor showers that were roomy and well designed. The kids made good use of the ping pong table and corn hole. Thank you for giving us a great vacation.

This home is the perfect vacation home for people who love nature and want to bring their dogs with them. Sitting on the back deck, we saw deer, blue birds and beautiful wildlife. Our dogs loved playing in the fence. The house is divided in a way that gives families their space and privacy. While it doesn’t have an ocean view, it is a mere half block to the beach and the beauty of the area surrounding the house is great.

My family loved the Salt Therapy house location - close to beach with only a block plus across the street walk and an easy ride to grocery, local seafood market and restuarants. Our questions ahead of our arrival were answered readily by our assigned Edisto Beach Vacation Realty agent. This allowed us to know the ropes as we had not rented a house at Edisto prior to this year. The house was clean and well equipped with big pots for cooking shrimp and crabs as well as serving meals for a big family. However, there is little space in the cabinets for the food and supplies you bring. We found an empty hall closet right off the eating area. Instead of using it for linen, we put our extra paper products, dry goods and snacks in it. Worked fine. We really enjoyed the downstairs screened-in area with the ping-pong table and place to play other games under the cover of the house. We did experience a problem that needs to be remedied. The fuse box for the downstairs outlets, which we needed to charge our rented golfcart as well as have lights downstairs, was not accessible when - we think due to the thunderstorm the night before - it needed to be reset. The current owners keep that enclosed downstairs room locked. The upstairs, screened-in porch that runs across the entire front of the house was well used and delightful. We did note that the three ceiling fans have the type of blades that do not churn much air. They look good, but don't push the air down due to little slant. So, renters might want to take a fan for the porch. We had taken a medium-size one to have just in case and that ended up being the needed place for it! The fenced-in backyard area was a plus. Our one ole, sweet dog was quite happy there, finding cool places to relax. The first floor beds in this house are all firm and comfy. The ones upstairs are a bit soft but OK. We were very happy that the second floor bedrooms stayed cool so the air conditioning works well. Our crew of three generations would definitely opt to stay at this house again as we shared a fun week of family time, making many memories that will last forever!

Plenty of space for the whole family, well equipped, short walk to the beach, nice screened porch. Get up early and you may spot a new sea turtle nest on the beach like we did! But don't bother it!

We enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Salt Therapy. The check in was easy and when I had a question, there was a very prompt response with assistance. The house was spotless and everything was in excellent condition. The location is wonderful and I would not hesitate to return for my next beach vacation.
