Great job with this space. The layout is a bit odd, but that’s the way they built it back then. Great hosting. Great yard. Great living space. We did not use the upstairs bonus area, stairs were too steep for our comfort, but the option was nice to have another place to sleep. Would stay there again.

The interior of the house has been fixed up nicely. The house needs a better way in for walker and cane users. Overall it suited our needs well.

We had a great stay! Almost had to cancel due to our car breaking down and Cheree was kind and patient as a host. Such a great location and central to all our planned stops on our trip. Would highly recommend this property and host to others!

First I have to start off as someone that has stayed in Tacoma a couple times now for business and me and my husband usually stayed in hotels. Each hotel was subpar. Over priced for a hole in the wall. So we decided to look for a home rental this trip. This home was absolutely excellent! Super comfortable and clean. The host is very hospitable. We felt very welcomed. It was very convenient to get to and from the Dome for our function. We hope to be able to stay again in the future. Thank you!

The house was clean, had everything we needed and was a perfect find for my brother and I. I would rent again if we come back to the Pacific Northwest. The hostess was great, and I am very pleased with everything overall.

Just minutes from St Joe’s and TG; easy freeway access to I5, etc. Very clean older home.

If your group is looking for a great stay in a nice neighborhood of Tacoma, then this is the place to be! Cheree was very responsive and accommodating by letting me change the guests, and allowing us to check in early. Place was clean, and she had some snacks for us when we got there!

Home was centrally located and check-in was great. Internet was fast, AC units in sleeping areas was super helpful. Great snacks left by owner!

Very clean and well stocked home. Conveniently located to the interstate for Seattle site seeing. Cheree’s hospitality was above and beyond which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel.

The house was great. For a family of 5, the one bathroom was a bit tricky, but overall it was very doable. Loved having a great washer and dryer. We explored Olympic National Park, Mt. Rainer, Cannon Beach, and Mt. Saint Helens. It was a perfect area to stay to enjoy all the areas.

We were staying in Tacoma to visit friends and family. Host had a cute welcome not and bowl of local treats. Plenty of room for a family of 5 to spread out but also enjoy common spaces. Fenced in backyard great for kids to hang out.

We’re staying in Tacoma for the weekend and the house was centrally located for what we needed and a nice quiet neighborhood. The only issue was the dogs could fit through the fence and it was difficult trying to keep them in the yard.

Good home base for many local attractions, including Seattle. Older home with an unusual layout. Comfortable bed in master bedroom (didn’t use the other bed). Host was very responsive.

Neat, clean property. Host very responsive. Basic accommodations. Made good base for activities away from base. Close to freeway system, but quiet inside.
