Polly's Place is only yards away (across the street) from the lake. Beautiful views can be had by walking and driving throughout the neighborhood. There are partial views from the house, but public access is best had at the various public parks. The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained with million dollar homes within a minute's walk. Stayed Mar 16, 2024This single story beautiful home provided exactly what we needed! My sisters, niece and i brought our 80 year old mom to see the tulips at Garvan Gardens. All of us enjoyed this home! It was clean, comfy and close to everything we wanted!

Stayed Mar 2, 2023We enjoyed our stay at this lovely three bedroom home. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything you would need to cook was in the kitchen. A very quiet neighborhood next to the lake. A beautiful place for a leisurely walk. The beds were very comfortable, and enjoyed the huge soaking tub in the master bathroom. The home is close to everything you would want to do. Definitely will book again! Lovely home.

Stayed May 27, 2022A nice, big house with lots of vintage decor in its interior. Very cozy and comfortable. Some conveniences like the A/C thermostat or the dryer, are also vintage, but everything is in great condition and works perfectly. The neighborhood is quite and safe, and everything you may need is within a short drive. Would definitely book again. Thank you Jeff!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Checking in process was easy. Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood area. The five of us was very comfortable in the 3 bedroom home. It had everything we needed as far as kitchen, bathroom, & bedroom blankets & sheets. One toilet did not work but was aware of it as the owner had told us before checking in. We did not have any problems with not having internet as we were out doing family stuff most of the time. It was wonderful having a washer/ dryer to do clothes! The owner was easy to contact as well. The beds were comfortable, nice size bedrooms. If traveling with small child just watch out the home has a lot of nice breakable items. Plenty of chairs to sit in. One TV but we could not get it to work ( im sure users error LOL) but it was ok! Had about a 15 20 minute drive to downtown to look around, shop, do the bathhouse, eat & take home some water( don’t t forget your jug!) Overall we had a wonderful stay & would do it again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with my family!!
