The host answered all questions immediately, house was clean and had everything we would ever need. We would recommend the place!

The cottage was in a great location for exploring Key West, close enough to everything we needed but outside the chaos and noise of Duval Street and commercial areas. The house was very clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we could have needed for our two weeks stay.

We stayed at this property in 2019 and we just returned from another Key West adventure (June 2021)! We had another great time and the house was perfect, location excellent and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks to the homeowners for providing a great escape after what was a tough and isolated year! We look forward to returning again. Cheers!

Wonderful house, great location. The house was very roomy for two people and there was plenty of space for another couple or more. The outdoor space was lush and private. We enjoyed dips in the pool, having meals outside, sitting on the front porch. The location is close to everything (by scooter or bike) but still feels like you are in a real Key West neighborhood. If I moved to KW this is the kind of place I would want for myself, just the right size house and yard. The property owners were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The property was updated and clean and the perfect location and space for our needs. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time and it made the place spectacular! We hope to spend more time in this beautiful paradise :)

We stayed at Parrot Dice for June 2019. We've been staying in Key West every June (almost) for 8 years now and love it. We selected Parrot Dice this time around as the price was reasonable and the house looked really great on the VRBO website. We ended up loving Parrot Dice. It's in a great location that we like to stay around and the pictures were accurate and depicted the home very well. The house was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. Our favorite parts were the kitchen and the outside deck area which featured a hot tub, plunge pool, covered dining area, sun deck, and an outdoor shower. The owner and management company did a great job at leaving instructions, directions and important information that we would require during our month long stay. The home is stocked with all the basics one would need for a month long stay in Key West including essentials such as pots and pans, plates and glasses, televisions with cable, a very great A/C system and top notch appliances including a gas stove. We loved spending our mornings on the front porch swing, watching the goings-on and chickens that lived in the area. We would drink our coffee each morning and relax overlooking a well maintained tropical front yard, waving to neighbors and passers-by and overall enjoying the lovely Key West mornings. We communicated regularly with the homeowner and found the owners to be responsive, caring and intent that our vacation time was a good one and that there were not any issues and/or problems (which there wasn't). It was hard for us to leave, but we will definitely consider Parrot Dice for future visits to Key West.

The house is amazing, beautifully renovated with attention to every detail. We stayed in this home for a month and didn't want to leave. It was clean, comfortable and has every amenity you will want. Heated pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, covered seating area, composite decking, beautiful landscaping and thats just the outside. The owners were very attentive to make sure everything was in order for us, super nice, and made the overall experience 100 times better! The location is perfect, 8 min walk to Duval, close to everything. There is nothing negative to say about this rental or the owners. you will not be disappointed!!
