Susan was welcoming and available on site. The home is beautiful inside and out, with top notch amenities-big boo is a wonderful kitty. I would definitely recommend this house the location location location is excellent to downtown.

This place is so unique and interesting with a very cool history. The casita is exactly as displayed in the photos. We booked a last minute trip which is not our norm and Susan was so very accommodating and communicative despite being out of the country herself. The place is cozy and comfortable and an easy in and out from the airport. We would definitely book here again.

The cutest ever in a most unassuming neighborhood!!! I love the strawbale concept, and sustainabiluty. Sue and sil are amazing humans, and fantastic hosts. The proximty to the downtown is a great feature, and at their insistance, traveled in. Waymo! Most fun. I am already making plans to visit again!

Excellent and fun stay

We had a lovely time with our first stay in a strawbale home- everything true to the posting. Easy checkin and easy check out. Excellent location for access to downtown and dining. The only downside is very obvious and constant air noise from the airport close by. Once I used air plugs, I was able to sleep past 6:30.

What a neat place to stay. A very cool home with a great backstory. Susan was as nice as could be and super helpful regarding info about the area. I truly enjoyed my stay.

This is such an adorable place. Hosts were so generous and available. They even had a bottle of wine when I arrived. It was a house made of straw! Very comfortable bed. Location was close to what I needed.

Property was clean and comfortable. The hosts (who live next door) were friendly and never intrusive. Plenty of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Well first of all I’ve stayed at a ton of places before and this place was hands down the best. The host greeted me and showed me around and thenolace is so clean and very nice accommodations. Lots of snacks provided along with a bottle of wine. The hot tub was ready to use. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. You just can’t beat the hospitality and friendliness of Susan and her husband. If I ever come back to phoenix, I’ll be staying here every time!

Absolutely charming and cozy, along with the nicest, friendliest and most service oriented hosts I’ve ever experienced. Loved this original and beautiful home, a definite must stay again when visiting the valley!
