It was a wonderful home for our family to get together for our bridal party/thankgiving

Large house that was perfect for our group! Very convenient to get too and from the racetrack.

Megan was very helpful and everything was clean and spacious, she had everything we needed pans, towels etc… we had a good experience

Megan communicated very well, and check in was very easy. This home has everything you need. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture is very comfortable.

We drove straight through from Missouri to bring our son to school. We arrived exhausted and cranky! Megan was incredible. She had us all set up. A door code later we stepped into a beautiful oasis! The house was clean and well stocked. It was so so comfy. And the patio and pool were a nice relaxation after long days of moving shopping etc. Contact Megan if you are looking for a seamless stay that meets all of your needs and wants.

We came for a funeral. The house was just as pictured and located conveniently towardsEverything we needed. The pool is GINORMOUS! We were able to beat the Arizona heat

I decided to rent this place for my commencement ceremony weekend and it did not disappoint. The place is large enough to accommodate a big family and Megan was very responsive and awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and located very close to Fry's, other stores, and I-10. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you are in the greater Phoenix/Glendale area.

Plenty of space (5) people stayed and one would not know that (4) other individuals were in the house with you. Carpet could use a cleaning. Otherwise the house was immaculate. For anyone from Ohio who is a Reds Guardians fan wishing to take in a spring training game, this is the place to stay. Regarding Goodyear Ballpark, let me give a shout out to all who might come from Youngstown Ohio, You will be pleasantly surprised finding a certain icon from the area there. Probably not permitted to specifically say what that is though so you just have to come and find out for yourself what that is.

The house was perfect for our travel sports stay. We had a group of moms/teen daughters for a meet. Plenty of room, a bunk room the kids shared, a large kitchen for meals, great pool, we just wish the weather cooperated so we could go in. Our kids want to stay again when the weather is warmer. The host let me know hours before hand that the house was ready if we wanted to check in early, that was great! The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay and property. Close to baseball fields for spring training. Fun!

We had a wonderful stay, although too short in our opinion. We absolutely love the house. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to our hostess who was always in touch and answering all questions. Great place to stay!

Very close to the event site and lots of open space to work.

nice neighborhood. Great neighbors Walked around the neighborhood to see christmas decorations. only drawbacks were the beds were extremely uncomfortable and not enough silverware / plates /glasses to accommodate large group. Also blender and hand mixer would be a good idea for future guest

This place was great for how many beds we needed and for the extra room for hanging out.

Awesome set up for a group of adults. Everyone had enough space and ability to be private. Location to the track was perfection for the championship three day event. Close to grocery and variety of restaurants. Also for the days not at the track really close to a large selection. Of hiking options.

I've stayed at other houses plenty, and this stay was by far my favorite! There were 10 of us total (all adults), and there was more than enough room for everyone. The host was very nice, and communicated so well. She really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable!

Was another great stay, this house never disappoints us. We have stayed here before back in May. We enjoyed it and our kids loved the pool. Hope to book again soon
