Welcome to Morningside — a luxurious, history-rich renovated farmhouse in the heart of the Berkshires.

Escape to your own private retreat, where historic charm meets modern luxury. Thoughtfully renovated with high-end finishes throughout, this spacious estate is surrounded by sweeping meadow and mountain views and comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests.

*Two additional guests are allowed and will be provided roll-a-way cots with linens and bedding.*

-Please note that routinely scheduled maintenance such as lawn care, pool/hot tub care, and snow treatment/plowing may occur during your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
-Primary booking guest must be 25+

ACCESSIBILITY:
-This is a rural property nestled at the top of a hill. All bedrooms are located on the second and third floor of our home.

PARTIES/EVENTS:
-No weddings, events, or parties of any kind.
-Only registered guests allowed on the property

PETS:
-One dog (NO CATS) allowed per stay, (for an additional fee) and must be confirmed upon booking

HOT TUB
-Our hot tub is open year round and is serviced and cleaned weekly

SECURITY:
-We have exterior cameras located above our garage, front porch, and back door.

WILDLIFE:
-This home is surrounded by woods. You may see wildlife including deer, moose, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and refrain from leaving food and trash outside.
