Welcome to Laugh S’more Retreat! A newly renovated, Getaway in Arrowhead Lake.

Host is great ans has been great the past 3 years we have stayed here. House is very well stocked. Just bring clothes and food. Basement has been finished and is VERY nice!. Murphy bed 2 fridges, full.bathroom, TV sofa bed, gaming tables, basketball throw. All just adds to a wonderful stay

Our host was very communicative and thorough.The home was very nice. I can tell the recent renovations are still a little underway, but not anything that took away from the enjoyment of the cabin. The basement was so fun for the kids, but got cold when the temps dropped into the 20’s. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and had most of what I needed. Only thing i didn’t have was a roasting pan, but luckily I brought a back up disposable roasting pan. That worked on one of the 1” deep cookie sheets that was there. The convection oven cooked the turkey great and fast! I used the grill too and it was easy to use and grill tools were clean. Coffee maker is great- not just a k-cup maker… I brought my own coffee filters but there was full stock there. If I wanted for anything it was more paper towels. But that was bc I dried the turkey with paper towels, and I cooked bacon and use paper towels for that too. I was dumb to not bring some from home. I did find it a little odd we had just enough dish washer tabs, trash bag and toilet paper… it gave me a little anxiety worrying if I needed to run out and get more, but it was just enough. I assume renters abuse if there is too many.. which is so messed up. We have much respect for the property, and appreciated how clean and comfortable everything was. The deer were in the front yard the moment we pulled in. They are very used to people. I was shocked they weren’t afraid of my dog either. Thx, we will be back!

Love the place! So cozy and clean. Honestly first place that was really pretty clean and our family wants to return. Very relaxing weekend. Hope to return soon

We hit a deer on the way in and totaled one of our cars unfortunately But the house was lovely and spotless! Some of the mattresses and the couch in the basement could be more more comfortable. The lake was very pretty.

The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed the game room, the fireplace and fire pit. We were greeted by two deer as soon as we got out of our cars. We will definitely stay there again, only longer and maybe in warmer weather so we can enjoy the lake.

We had a great experience. Great house, lots to do and see. The owner was very communicative. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, spices and tools we needed. Absolutely loved everything! Thank you!

We have been coming to the Poconos as a family of all adults for several years. This is unanimously our favorite property to date! Very clean, well supplied, lots of space, great location, very responsive owner. We cooked/grilled all of our meals there, used the fire pit one night, went for long walks, went canoeing, played tennis, and read by the lake. Everything went smoothly. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We hope this place will be available next year once we agree on a date!

Great location within walking distance to 2 lakes, beach, pool, canoe/kayak rentals. The house was VERY clean and roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 teens. When not out fishing, swimming, kayaking, hiking, playing basketball, or working out at the community gym, the teens enjoyed their time hanging out downstairs at the house. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked so we didn’t need to waste time running to the store for things like plastic wrap, flashlight batteries or birthday candles!We made a fire in the fire pit almost every night with the ample firewood the hosts made available out back. And most days a friendly family of deer came to visit.The host was extremely helpful, and quick to answer questions. I highly recommend this vrbo!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Bathrooms were newly remodeled and beds were comfortable. The location is very close to both lakes, which made morning and evening walks very enjoyable. Also, William was very quick with communication. Thank you!

House was great. Kids enjoyed the basketball, ping pong, air hockey and board games in the basement. Close to the pool and the lake. Having 3 full bathrooms was super helpful and the house fit everyone comfortably. We had a great time!

Wonderful place to stay in poconos Close to JF/BB camelback. 3 pools in arrowhead development along with a bunch of summer activities. The home is CLEAN! Kitchen has everything you need and more. 3 full bathrooms with 3 large bedrooms. Basement is more of a game room/ bed and bath. Air hockey ping pong, board games baaket ball murphy bed etc. 2nd time here and will be booking ahain

We loved our stay in the Laugh S’more cabin! Everything was pristine and we appreciated the kitchen supplies so we could cook and the basement was a lot of fun! Thanks again for the relaxing weekend!

Our family had a lovely stay at this house. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location- just a short walk to the popular Island Pool and Beach 4. We had such a fun time in the basement game room! William was quick to respond when we had a question about door locks and the basement TV. Great stay!!

Our family looked forward to staying at William's place again all summer. We stayed there the summer of 2023 and 2024 and hope to go back next summer. Our teenage boys spent their time kayaking on the lake, playing video games, and perfecting their ping pong skills. We went on several hikes at nearby locations (less than a 30min drive). Our five year old enjoyed the pool, the beaches and all the playgrounds. It is very clean, comfortable, a great location, and the host is wonderful. William immediate responds to any question or request and we love staying at Laugh S’more

Communication with the owner was excellent.The home has everything you will need for your stay.Everyone enjoyed the extras in the downstairs....especially the younger ones....air hockey,ping pong and basketball.The family really enjoyed the deer.I did give the check in 2 stars because it was confusing where to go.Its off site and not part of the community which the GPS took us to a different place....lol....so pay attention.We thought we would be early and because of the confusion it added over an hour.We really enjoyed the fireworks!!We happened to get there the same day the community was setting off the July fireworks.We sat on thr front deck and it was amazing!!We were never so close to a display like that before.Thank you again to the owner.He was very quick with responding to any and all questions we had. The amenities were nice. Nice being able to include our pets.
