The only issue we had was with several large cobwebs upstairs and gnats/bugs stuck to them inside when we arrived, something that should have been easy to spot when cleaning before a new check-in. However, upon letting the maintenance crew know, they were very quick to remedy the issue and were nice and professional. A small blip in an otherwise awesome vacation. Great view and access to the amenities, the shuttle around the neighborhoods is awesome, and the ATV transports down to the lake are perfect. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go again.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the views from this rental property and the lovely hot tub and large outside deck where our little dog could enjoy the outdoors while secured. The bedrooms are on the small side with furniture that makes it hard to get around beds. We were two families renting so were bummed there is only one master with an ensuite. Dishwasher broke the first day which was a pain but they gave us a discount on the stay which was appreciated. We love the Lookout community but found our first summer visit to be very busy with all swimming areas crowded with loud children, an adult pool option would be a nice addition. September visits were always magical. Being able to rent a boat from the Lookout dock area was wonderful and their Saturday night concert was so fun.

The pool filter noise a few other guests mentioned is noticeable, but definitely not disruptive. We booked this house for the views from the deck and they didn’t disappoint. The house was well appointed with most things you need as a family, which was helpful with two young children. The walk to the pool was under 2 minutes and made going back and forth a breeze. Definitely recommend this neighborhood for families. My only “complaints” would be that the bunk room downstairs doesn’t have blackout blinds like the upstairs rooms which made it hard for the kids to sleep in (aka not wake up at first light!) also we couldn’t get more than one of the burners on the bbq to light so barbecuing was a bit of a struggle. We ran into an issue with the pool gate not opening but after calling the property management they had it fixed quickly.

Everything was in great condition in the house. Just beware of the very noisy pool filter of the next door neighbor. It woke us all up as it came off and on all day and night.

The house easily accommodated our multi-generation gathering - with lots of space for everyone. The views are beautiful from both outside decks. The large deck is an especially great space - would be great in the winter also. I definitely would stay here again.

We've stayed many times in Chelan and even in this neighborhood but this home was so comfortable, has an incredible view and has room for everyone. We will be staying again!

The house and the Lookout delivered and then some. Especially helpful were the shuttles down to the lake! We were already planning our return a couple days in. Thank you so much!

It was really hot in the house except for the upstairs that had separate wall mounted ACs. We set the thermostat to 70 and the temp in the lower levels was 89. By next morning it had only gone down to 85. We call for someone to check, and did not get service until 5:30 that night. Temp outside 103. It was not an enjoyable 24 hours for everyone.

The size worked well for our large group. Our major complaint was how hot this house got. Only the rooms on the top floor had A/C available. The main floor where you spend majority of time was hot all day and couldn't be cooled off. The bottom floor got so hot that the bedroom was practically unusable. For a house in Chelan rented in the hot summer months, the air needs to be fixed to maintain temperature.
