Welcome to the Sunny Sands House, Joshua Tree Getaway! Sunny Sands House is a newly renovated 2 bedroom house set in the central area of Joshua Tree with close proximity to town and Joshua Tree National park. Unwind at this peaceful house that sleeps 4, prepare meals in the brand new kitchen, or catch some z’s stargazing on the hammocks outside with a gas firepit. This southwestern bohemian styled house is brand new and situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a spacious backyard and is a perfect place for a peaceful trip to Joshua Tree.

The house has full bathroom, an Air Conditioning and Heat. Both bedrooms have a queen bed with brand new mattresses. The house sleeps 4 people, but you could add a 5th person on the couch. The house is a short distance to Joshua Tree downtown and about 10 minutes to the entrance of Joshua Tree National park.

Such a cute place! It was perfect for our family, very cozy with a well-stocked kitchen. In a quiet spot but a short drive to the park and amenities. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying here - the property and house are perfect. The yard is very cute and has tons of seating options. The hammocks were perfect to look at the night sky! The house is cute and clean and has everything you need. The property is large and the houses are spread out enough that it’s very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again.

The house was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed - soaps, shampoo and conditioner, cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. The yard had some comfortable and cute options for hanging out. I would stay there again!
