Welcome to Everett Inn, a darling 800 sqft farmhouse style home located in the Historic Steunenberg District in downtown Caldwell, just 1 block from College of Idaho. Close FWY access 5 mins. Walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown Caldwell, ice cream/frozen yogurt shops as well as sporting events at College of Idaho.
Our house accommodates 4 guests with a private bedroom that includes a queen size Tempur-pedic mattress and a queen sized air mattress that could be set up

Stayed Sep 26, 2024This VRBO was perfect for me. I was in town to attend homecoming at the College of Idaho and the campus was a short two-block walk. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a nice parking spot. I give it a big thumbs up!
