The house had a nice layout, was well stocked, clean and very comfortable. Loved the little touches like heaters on the porch and the spa/ fireplace area!

Reviewer Comments: Was exited about spending couple days including new year eve at this property but kinda disappointed after we got there... place looked good and clean but nothing works... first thing our wi-fi never worked 2nd is fire-pit outside by jacuzzi and then right on December 31st waked up with water on 2nd level of the house, got flooded because a pipe in one of the bathrooms broke...of course no one would answer my calls even emergency number and even up to this date never heard back from them with at least a simple apology and thank you for cleaning the water and shutting it off...

Very close to the pools and nice to have the lawn right outside our front door. Hot tub was in good condition and appliances worked great. We had a great stay overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our sixth stay at the Lookout and the first time staying at Deja Blue and we were not disappointed! Beautiful home, plenty big for our family of ten, six adults and four grands. The kitchen is beautifully appointed, bedrooms are good sized and the grandkids had a blast sleeping together in the bunk room. We only had a few issues with the house: there was no drip coffee maker when we arrived and no umbrella for the outdoor table. A coffee maker was supplied but not until the second morning of our stay; we never did receive an umbrella and so we weren’t able to use the table at all because of sun and heat. Also there are no hooks or over the door hangers in the upstairs bathrooms for robes/pjs/towels which would be nice. But we love the Lookout and hope to return again!
