We had a great stay at this interesting property. We loved the home with the brick floors, exposed beams, and quirky layout. The furnishings fit the house and are interesting. Definitey a 5 star place and we'd stay there again.A couple of things to note: the master bed mattress is very soft, we did not use the second bedroom, but that mattress may be more comfortable. The blue gate in the back yard does not latch securely, so a pet could escape. Finally, there is no ventilation for the stove, so it is best not to cook something that might give off smoke. Learned the hard way. These are minor things.

This home was exactly as it shows. Quiet place to come back to and relax after being out and about seeing and doing things around town. Comfortable beds and very clean home. Evan was easy to talk to and helped us out with anything we needed or to answer questions. Will definitely stay here again and refer our family and friends.

Things were as described in the listing. It is an interesting property, part older adobe, part new construction. Great art and fabulous energy to the house. It is a perfect landing place for exploring the ABQ area. It is quiet, yet close to everything.

The master bathroom was not working and master sink no hot water while the weather was 1 degree! The master bed not at all comfortable and the couch sagged. Kitchen not very well appointed. Did appreciate the pool table.

This is a nice property; clean and neatly decorated. Unfortunately, there was a water leak in the roof above the bathroom, which I was warned about upon arrival. My reason for being in town was work-related, 12 active hour days, with little breaks to rest. I returned each evening exhausted and eager to rest. The second morning, my friend and I awoke @ 6:45 am to roofers scraping the roof (flat top home). It literally scared both of us because we did not know that a roofing project would be happening while we were still asleep. The noise was so loud we left the house at 7:45 am, even though I didn't have to be at my work location until 10 am. The workers were parked all over the place and we had to maneuver through their roofing bags and through the menagerie of vehicles to get out. When we came back to the house, there was ceiling debris all over my friend's bags in the bathroom. She ended up not staying the additional night because of the disruption. A win/win solution would have been to ask what time we were leaving and coordinate the project, or for the owner to waive the cleaning fee as part of compensation for the inconvenience and debris all over our personal belongings. The owner denied any compensation stating it was an emergency. Yes, it needed to be taken care of, but a conversation with me would have been appreciated and compensation for our belongings seems fair. Unfortunately, this was not a great experience and I cannot recommend this place.
