Welcome to Boca Grande! Private Luxury Home With Pool, Close to Golf & Beach!

The location was great for our family as we love to venture over to Boca Grande and take day trips to the few beaches that are close to Rotunda. The neighborhood is peaceful and great for long walks.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was perfect—quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking so easy. My family loved it, and we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

A lovely three weeks, with great weather, and my family joining me. The villa answered all our needs, but there are some areas that need addressing for future guests. The sight of weeds on the tiles leading to the front door didn’t bode well, but having to weed the lanai as well ,was not up there with what I have come to expect in this immaculate collections of properties that entice us Brits to come back again and again. Will was very helpful with all my queries, but I think his villa manager needs to spend more time preparing the villa to the standard I have come to expect after many rentals in this area. The fact that I had to buy a beach umbrella for my grandson ( those provided were all broken) showed the lack of preparation for my occupancy.These criticisms aside, the villa provides all the equipment and facilities you need to make your stay memorable in a peaceful and enjoyable environment.Attention to detail ( like cleaning all the cobwebs round the front door) would make all the difference !

Check in was easy. Home was spacious and well located. Pool was great/clean. We had a few issues but communicating with the property owner was easy and timely. We enjoyed our stay!

Boca Grande is a wonderful property and was well suited to our family of 5 (2a, 3ch). The pool in particular was a firm favourite, brilliant size with lots of space around the poolside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host could not have been more helpful and super responsive, this was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Beautiful home in Rotanda West with a pool and lanai area that we all enjoyed. Spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Our 4th year renting this property

The property is well located and equipped with all the amenities you need. Very comfortable home and we really enjoyed the pool area with a good sized pool and quality leisure furniture. Very peaceful backyard with small pond area attracting lots of birds and small animals. The owner is excellent and provides hands on management if there is any issue with the house that needs to be dealt with. We are renting the house again next winter because of all the positives it has.

Host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs and questions. Everything was perfect as described and shown in pictures. We will be back again.

It was a great stay in a very comfortable/clean house. We even got to see an alligator (at a distance) in the lagoon behind the house.

This house was phenomenal in every way! We can’t wait to return!
