It was great, if we weren't heading to Florida we would have stayed longer!!

This is absolutely the best property we have stayed at in the Nashville area. We have used this as our central location for golf trips 2 of the last 3 years. Amazing property, plenty of space and far enough away from the traffic of the city but still 20 minutes to everything. Owners great, communication is amazing and they definitely know how to treat their guests! We will never stay anywhere but here!!!

We loved our experience! We spent a few days in Memphis for my daughter’s 21st birthday, then made our way to Nashville! The house in Memphis was a huge disappointment and my family was Leary on continuing to our next Arbnb. When we got to this place we were so happy and felt at home! We traveled all the way from the south suburbs of Chicago to Tennessee and this place was much like home. Jay’s communication was great! The little things around the house like the coffee basket, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, and extras in the bathroom like shampoo and conditioner were a great touch! We had to buy essentials for our Memphis stay! The location from downtown was a short drive, and it was nice to be out of the busy area. We will definitely come back to stay at this cozy place when we visit Nashville again! Love, The Mitchell family!

Nice place. Clean and convenient. But the view from the property doesn't exist. It's not too far of a walk but you can't see it from anywhere on the property.

Nice clean home. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Loved the laundry being there and the cute little grocery store next door. Great neighborhood

Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and they even had some extras! Definitely put a lot of detail in this vrbo.

Home has everything you need & is clean! A quiet neighborhood, but lake view was a disappointment. Walked the neighborhood, but can’t really see the lake well. Overall pleased with our stay.

The place was to cute. beds were comfortable and we felt completely safe here. Nice area and neighborhood and Jay was super easy to communicate with. Highly recommend

The kitchen set up was fantastic and everything we needed for the couple meals we ate at theVRBO.So appreciated the ability to do our laundry and be able to travel with fresh clean clothes.Jay was great to work with, always with a quick response to our questions.The location was perfect for our work conference and then for our site-seeing days.

Unit is mew. Very clean and spacious.Close to river and golf courses. Definitely stay at this property again.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights and it was good. The property was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We did have two minor hiccups, but Jay was very quick to respond. The first issue was that we did not receive the access code for check-in. Within 5 minutes of messaging, Jay responded and sent it to us. The second issue was with the thermostat. It was locked on 78 in the middle of July when we arrived so it was extremely hot. We let Jay know, but there must have been some issues resetting it because it was not fixed until the next morning. Other than that, we had no issues and would be happy to stay here again.

We stayed for the week while my daughter played softball about 20 minutes away. The home was very comfortable and nicely decorated. We truly felt at home. There is an adorable market right in front that was perfect for last minute needs and delicious snacks too! We would definitely book again!

My family and I spent our kids spring break here. I felt it was in a great location, about 20 minutes from downtown and all of the tourist spots we wanted to visit. The townhome was beautiful everything we needed was there. It was in a great community

This was the perfect place to stay over spring break with a few girl friends! Neighborhood was safe and good for morning walks. The only thing I wish was different was more communication ahead of time on check-out lists. We did not get the check out list until the morning of check out and had not budget enough time to the things asked of us.

Was a beautiful home! Plenty of room. Has body wash and shampoo and such provided with lots of towels!! They thought of a little bit of everything.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. It was clean, floor plan as advertised, quiet place to sleep, wonderful amenities and appliances, and overall an excellent VRBO. 10/10, would book again.

Once I arrived at the property, which wasn’t hard to find at all for me, the property looked like a new neighborhood and it’s across from some type of small warehouse facility. I wasn’t there a lot during the day. The kitchen was so nice! It has everything you could think of really. The rooms were great and the pillows were so comfortable! I kept trying to figure out where they got them. So, the negatives of my stay was going into the bathroom that my children were using and finding ants all over their toothbrushes and the countertop. I contacted the property manager and let’s just say the response was something like, well we’ve never bad a problem reported before and at the same time giving me the scientific breakdown of what’s in toothpaste and how it attracts ants. Also, I saw that there were ant traps already placed in the bathrooms and only the bathrooms, so I’m pretty sure that there was a problem reported prior to me. I was told to clean, mind you I just arrived less than 24hrs ago. I don’t have a problem with cleaning up after myself or my children, but we had not made a mess so why do I need to clean and I just got there from California with 2 children 6 and 5 years old. I was tired and not trying to deep clean someone else’s problem. Long story short they did eventually send someone out to spray. The other problem was the master bathroom tub was clogged, and the washer and dryer are loud and the dryer was full of lint and the washer had an unpleasant odor.

Our family loved this beautiful, spacious, like new condo in a quiet residential neighborhood. Modern urban Nashville decor with so many upscale special touches! We will definitely stay here again as we have family in town.

Overall good but not enough coffee, toilet paper or laundry soap. Need a vacuum to be able to clean. But overall a good stay.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the townhouse was very cute and spacious and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size and having two full and one half bathroom was perfect. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Exceeded expectations, would stay again.

EXCELLENT I am VERY picky about staying at a clean place & the Pink Palace met my expectation. The key pad stopped working & it was promptly fixed. No matter where a person stays, this could happen. IT is their response time that I was impressed with. Thank you

Really great stay. This worked really well for a wedding weekend where we were coming and going back and forth between the venue, but was also a really great place to relax and hang out. Plenty of space and the bathrooms were large so it made it easy to get ready for events, especially having a bunch of girls! Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay!
