This house overlooks the venue and provided a beautiful nighttime backdrop as they newlyweds made their way back up the stairs. We had 7 of us total and needed individual rooms for most. The beds were comfortable, the house was immaculate, the art was whimsical and adorable and made for fun conversation for all guests that visited throughout our stay. The house is labeled and organized and provides many outdoor patio options. The temperature in the house was very comfortable. The only thing I rated down one star on was property management. My dad spent the majority of his time downstairs and we couldn't figure out the TV to change it off of one channel. We filed a ticket with the property management and to our knowledge, it was never checked up on. We didn't receive a visit, and if we missed it, we didn't receive a call or text follow up. I think having a QR with tv/media directions for TV's would be helpful.

Easy check-in and great communication. Property is convenient, clean and has a spectacular view! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed - no shortage of wine glasses! We were a group of mixed ages and the house was perfect for everyone from my infant to my mother. Thank you for an incredible and memorable family vacation!

The furnishings and housewares are stocked beyond belief. There was everything you could ever possibly need! Incredible kitchen, plenty of sleeping options with tons of pillows, towels, and anything else you might think of. Multiple multi-use media rooms to help keep the kids entertained. The view of Lake Chelan was gorgeous and we enjoyed the pools and beach onsite. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Baileys Barn has an ideal location at The Lookout. The shuttle stop (runs from 9A to 8pm) is directly across the street. There is live music on Saturdays that you can enjoy from your massive porch overlooking the lake. The property was well maintained and had high end appliances (Viking / Sun Zero). Two things to note: the home has beds to sleep 18. However, there are only 3 bedrooms. The media room has 4 full bunks - and no door. The loft is directly above the kitchen and has two twins (no door). Also, the hot tub is on the Main Street so lacks privacy. Otherwise: A+ rental!

The location across from the park gives amazing views of Chelan and acts like a large lawn. We were there for MDW and had amazing live music in the park each evening. The only issue is the undersized garbage cans for a house that fits 16 conformably resulted in a dump run.

The home itself is gorgeous every detail is perfectly thought out. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the views are unmatched. What a remarkable way to spend my wedding weekend! 10/10 recommend this house and will definitely be booking it again! The processes of booking and accessing the house were flawless!

We stayed at Bailey's Barn recently and found out one of the downstairs TV was broken when our friend was going to bed + she turned on the TV. We took a time stamped photo and called the next day about it. A male worker (don’t remember his name) provided the manager's email (Michael) to send him photos and said that he was going to take note on our reservation so that we would not get charged. Michael never responded but based off of worker’s response, we thought we were in the clear and things were good.It's been a week and we JUST got an email from the team saying they are holding our deposit to replace the damaged TV because they said that during inspection it wasn't broken and that we never called (even though we did call..) The team also said that no one has stayed in that home for over a month, which is fine, but then WHO did the inspection and WHEN did they do it?We are in contact with a woman named Jazmin who is arguing that we did it. We asked for proof of photo that the TV was working beforehand with a time stamp and date and asked to see a recording of the ring cameras to see when “said worker” came to inspect and she is refusing to provide either. We have asked to escalate to the manager because she is refusing to send photos or proof and that it’s her words against ours.We have proof that we spoke to the worker (call log), have screenshots of the email we sent to Michael, and a time-stamped photo of when we found out the TV was damaged. The team's lack of communication on the backend before sending out that email to us AND holding our deposit is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. We've stayed at this home multiple times and have NEVER had an issue. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in the Lookout rentals and will be booking elsewhere when staying in Chelan.
