Exceptionally clean. Beds and furnishings comfortable. Loved the remoteness of the location, but 20 minutes to NRG. Hot tub relaxing. Thank you. Would stay here again.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful, inside and out! Extremely clean and really comfortable.The host was great, answered our questions ASAP. And came to fix our water issue on a Sunday, when he couldn't reach his own plumber. Plus cut up some campfire wood bc what was there was so damp. We had a great week!

Johnny was an amazing host. He communicated with us quickly when we had a question. The home was decorated very nice and was very clean. Thanks for letting us stay in this little slice of heaven.

Very clean and nice. The third bedroom being a loft is part of the deal and very comfortable but it is not private and shares the upstairs bath with the second bedroom which is set up for kids. It might work better to make the loft the kids room and put the queen bed in the private upstairs room for adults.

The home is very clean. The host was easy to contact and was helpful with all of our questions. The beds were comfortable and the location of the home was perfect for all of our activities we did at the lake, the gorge, and in Fayetteville. The hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day. I am very happy we stayed at this property and would not hesitate to stay here again when we are back in the NRG area.

Just the two of us - plenty of room for many more - very clean and had all the conveniences and perks you’d want and/or need - lovely setting in the woods - quiet - would definitely return

Cozy cabin nestled near the lake. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying family. Spacious living area and a dining table perfect for many family games.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family in the area for Thanksgiving. Johnny was a great host, answered all our questions promptly. The house was exactly as stated in the description, and was clean and ready when we arrived. When we weren’t visiting family, we enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and exploring down by the lake.

Great cabin it was super close to the upper gauley put in . We came up to do some whitewater and to have a nice place to come to at the end of the day with a hot tub was great .

Gorgeous views from the private beach and the crystal clear swimming spot/kayak launch were such a treat. The home was spotless and well appointed for cooking. The beds were exceptionally comfy and the hot tub was a huge hit. It was great having all the different spaces to gather and visit, especially the screened porch. Compass pizza and El Bandito Mexican are worth a try. Great communication with host when needed. Five stars!

Amazing family vacation. Close to lake and Gorge. Private.

My siblings and I love the house and property. The hot tub is a huge bonus and especially the ease and instructions for using it and adding chemicals. The house is well stocked and comes with both a Keurig and regular coffee maker and that was nice for our group. We will return next year if possible.

House is incredibly clean. Good location to Summersville Lake, New River Gorge Area and Hawk’s Nest State Park. Property is very beautiful and quiet.

Location was perfect nice spot to walk down to the lake and enjoy a swim in the lake. Cabin and hot tub big enough for our party to enjoy.

This house was the best VRBO property I’ve ever rented. It was very clean. The beds were super comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. Extra things like oil,spices, and coffee were provided. The house is in a very peaceful location. Summersville Lake is beautiful and there is lots of activities in the area. The owner was fast to answer any questions we had. Great property!

This is the second stay at this cabin for us and we will return. It has all the amenities we are looking for and it’s a short trip to the marina.

We travel to West Virginia once or twice a year and this is by far my favorite place that I have stayed at. The cabin is extremely well maintained and clean. Communication was great. My daughter accidentally left her mother’s ring there and Johnny sent me a text saying they found it. He is shipping it back to me. If you are looking to book a place in this area, look no further and book this one. You will not regret it.
