Stayed Aug 28, 2025Great property. Easy access to the water for a boat smaller than 24 ft. I brought a 24 foot canyon bay and it was tight at low tide, max 2 feet of water to get in.Some issues with the outlets as well for charging the boat battery. I would bring 200 feet of extension cords to ensure you can charge your battery from any spot.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Overall we had a fantastic stay. So thankful to the owners of the property. Everything was easy to use and find the location was absolutely beautiful. The channel leading into the property is very shallow but accommodating two boats that draft under 13 in during low tide. All the other guests at the property were very nice as well. The outdoor accommodations were perfect for lounging around after a hot day, either chilling in the pool or grilling.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Perfect location! We fished or if Sugarloaf marina si just a few minutes away. There are so many great places to eat nearby. And not far from Key West if you fly in or want to go the the “city”. We enjoyed the location of the house very much. Some reviewers commented about traffic noise, we did not notice it. The house was well appointed, had more toys than we had time to use. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Oct 30, 2024Amenities were not as depicted, no hot tub , pool was not heated. Also it was far from a gourmet kitchen.Did not realize it was so close to the highway, traffic noise was high. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

Stayed Jun 5, 2024The home had a great layout that worked well for us during our stay. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to use. The outdoor area and pool were great to have in the summer heat. We loved having the dock to keep the boat close by during our stay. There are a few delicious restaurants within a short distance.
