Stayed Apr 3, 2025Though we enjoyed the location and amenities, we felt there were several things related to maintenance and supplies that should be different. With the rental agency, I provided information about the front door, not closing without being locked, several things wrong with the master bathroom, garbage being full in the garage, The twin beds, both very hard, believing that maybe some introductory supplies should have been provided such as small travel size shampoo for those arriving quite late, a nail in the threahold of the master bath.

Stayed Jan 29, 2022Property is out-dated and in need of a deep cleaning, including carpet...furniture (couch) has little support...dishwasher never worked...cable did not work on 2 TVs for first week...no mop to clean tile floors, so I bought one and was told I would be reimbursed by Wagner Realty but have not been (I took them my receipt)...view not good (dirty canal)...on a positive note, good water pressure and great ice maker

Stayed Apr 17, 2021If you don't need to be on the beach, this works.The place is well appointed from the kitchen to the bath-everything we needed. It's walkable to two of LBK's best restaurants- Harry's and Euphemia Hay. There is a nice big pool where lots of people swim laps. The resort was particularly uncrowded and quiet. I only have two quibbles- the lanai overlooks a canal that is full of scum- not pretty. The rental agent did not respond to several phone calls requesting that the fridge water filter be replaced. These were not deal breakers, but had impact on the experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The pool was a great feature and the location was quiet. The property itself was dirty. Our feet were black on the bottom within the first hour of arriving. There were dirty dishes in the cupboards. I had to clean everything before we used it.

Stayed Jan 17, 2021We were notified two days prior to our arrival that the unit we had selected was no longer available. The option that the property manager chose for us was unacceptable, and she told us that she would refund our money, but we are still awaiting it

Stayed Jul 6, 2020Nice clean property. Plenty of privacy with a nice pool. Easy acess to anywhere. Very comfortable king size bed in Master.
