We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at Weeden Cottage. Our hosts thought of everything that we needed to feel at home, the bed was very comfortable and the location was great for sightseeing. We’d be happy to return here if we found ourselves in the area again.

I give this property 5 stars because the house is located on a quiet street within walking distance to King St, St George Street, Flagler College, the old Schoolhouse, the Plaza, the Lightner Museum, the Cathedral, and many shops, restaurants, and bakeries/eateries. It was a six minute walk to King St, and about 10 minutes to St. George street where many of the attractions are!! The Lighthouse is only a 10 minute drive, and there are several beaches close by, too!. Although the houses on Weeden St are older, inside of this property is immaculate and updated. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with big, comfortable beds and the living room has a couch that is comfortable as well!! The washer and dryer were very convenient when we wanted to do laundry! There were 3 adults traveling together, and the shower water stayed hot for all of our ahowers, which was amazing!! The hosts messaged to make sure we had everything we needed. They were wonderful to rent from! I highly recommend this property to those wanting to explore St. Augustine. The location was so convenient and the house is pristine! There is parking in the driveway and room on the street, too.

Cozy, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Check in was super easy. The host responded immediately to my questions. The house is so cute. It has everything you need. Very much a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful small cottage. Small but roomy. We only had two people but 4 could easily be comfortable. Quiet lovely neighborhood with easy walkability to many restaurants and sights. Lincolnville is interesting all by itself. We went to the Cultural History Museum a few blocks away as well as just touring the neighborhood historical markers. The on/off trolley picks up a block away to go downtown. We were very pleased with the kitchen set up, essential spices, a small computer room, lots of places to put your things, ample closet space. The front porch was great for an evening glass of wine and morning coffee. Very nice!! We loved it. Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house! The home was very clean and had an extremely well appointed kitchen. The house's location is excellent, only a short walk to downtown and a few blocks from a few fun eateries. A highlight was visiting the Regga Surf Cafe for brunch by the water.

Staying at this property was an incredible experience! It was a short 10-minute walk from downtown St. Augustine and a 2-minute walk to the distillery. Danny and Andrea were great. They answered all of our questions and checked in to make sure we settled in well. Will be coming back to this spot!

The location of this home is perfect, my husband and I wanted to be able to park our car and walk to everything and this location accomplished our mission. The home is well appointed and thoughtfully updated.
