Great location and great layout of the house. Also very much appreciated all bedrooms were queen beds to accommodate all the adult couples we had.

We were staying at this property to have and celebrate my daughter’s wedding. My daughter had the wedding she has always dreamed of. The wedding party stayed in your venue house.There were leaves all of the barn floor when we got there, but we blew them out.Thank you!

The property and house were stunning.

The property is beautiful and is in good shape. There’s a lot of amenities to use, all of them in great condition

The Good: the house is a great spot. It is a bit secluded (up a dirt road so drive a 4x4 in winter). Nice view of Sugar Mountain, great grounds, house is big and is well stocked with pots and pans and other kitchen items. The Bad: 1. The listing shows the barn and many pictures of it. Turns out, that is a seperate listing all together and you have to pay seperately for the use of the barn. 2. Owner did not reply initially during the stay and had to text him seperately to get a reply. 3. Toiletries: While the listing states that shampoo and soap are provided, you are given an itty bitty bottle of shampoo and a small bar of soap for each bathroom for 16 people. So bring your own supplies. 4. Paper products: you are supplied with 1 to 2 rolls per bathroom (for a house that can sleep 16). Bring toilet and paper towels. 5. Organization: everything is everywhere. If you need a spatula or wisk, plan to search about 10 different spots. The Ugly: Bed bugs. My daughter was bit up severely the second last day and thought only misquitos. On our final day it got worse she went to the doctor and they determined it was bed bugs. She has welts all over her body and was in extreme pain and discomfort. The owner stopped replying after one message complaining I own my own vacation rental and this rental is just not good. I typically would not write a bad review as I understand things happen, but this is beyond poor.

If you are looking for a great place to host your barn wedding, this is an amazing choice! With all of my family and bridesmaids coming from out of town, the house was perfect for us to stay at (and so close to the barn)! My bridesmaids and I were able to stay in the lower level while my family stayed upstairs. With the barn just steps away, I was able to stay in the barn during the evening and work on directions then just take a couple steps back up to the house. So, so, so convenient! And, to add to that, the owner of this property owns a small house nearby that was perfect for the groomsmen (within walking distance of the barn and house)! Patrick was wonderful to work with and was so flexible with all the questions I had. I highly recommend this Vrbo as a great wedding venue if you pay extra for the barn or a great place to stay to go skiing at sugar mtn or visit the high country!

We got married this weekend at this lovely VRBO. Wedding aside we loved the property and the house and barn. If anyone is considering this as their wedding venue I couldn’t recommend it more. Without a doubt the best day of my bride and I’s lives.

Plenty of space for 15 of us ranging on age from 5 to 81. Beautiful view of Sugar Mountain ski slopes. Very clean! Easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again with a large group!

Extended family ski trip- great house to stay in for big groups. Lots of room, great views, very close to Sugar Mountain.
