Stagecoach Springs is nestled on a secluded wooded 200 acres, with creeks, waterfalls, and a pond, this home is truly a place to escape it all. Start your day with coffee on the back patio and listen to the small waterfall behind the house.
The house consist of a master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. The home also has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, and two and half bathroom's. The master bath has a tub and a standup shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub only. Please do not go upstairs, for it is only used for storage space. There is a covered front and back porch with sitting areas.
We have another home located on the land that is not occupied, but you are welcome to sit on the front porch and relax on the swings. There is 200 acres of land you are free to explore but do not cross over any fences to surrounding neighbors property.
This location is made for those who love the outdoors and want to escape the busy life. We do have dish network for shows and movies. We got wifi back and working! So there is wifi at our property.
We do have a landline if needed.
The pond is not stocked with fish. There is a great fishing spot at Old Stone Fort park though, and only 10mins from our house!
House comes with one toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel, two trash bags, and two dish pods. It’s guest responsibility for any additional supplies.
We do not allow parties or events at this location. Only guest that are staying at the property.
There is plenty of hiking spots surrounding the area such as: Old Stone Fort Park (5 miles), Short Springs Natural Area (11 miles), South Cumberland State Park (34 miles), Rock Island State Park (45 miles), Savage Gulf Natural Area State Park (47 miles), Fall Creek Falls (65 miles), or Tim's Ford lake (27 miles). Stagecoach Springs even has some hiking trails on the land with plenty to explore.
The city of Manchester, home to the well known festival of Bonnaroo, is only 10 mins away. Want to relax after all the hiking, stop by and sample some wine at Beans Creek Winery. Also while in town stop by Jiffy Burger and have their tasty burger that has won Tennessee Magazine’s Readers Choice Award for Best Burger in Middle Tennessee. Want to taste some TN whiskey, go visit George Dickel Distillery (11 miles away) or Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg (35 miles away).
Great place to get away and relax!
We enjoyed our stay. The property is peaceful and serene. There was an issue with the linens on the king bed. They were not clean. The property manager told us where to find clean linens. We found linens stored with the cleaning supplies. We did not use them as they smelled of cleaning products. So, this kind of put a damper on our stay. The house is dated and needs more attention to detail to ensure everything is in working order and more detailed cleaning. The property itself is beautiful. If you want to be away from the busy city life, this property will be what you want.
This was one of the most BEAUTIFUL places we have ever seen! The house was big and so comfortable. Everything was incredibly clean. The land, though! Breathtaking! We had the very best time just walking around and exploring the beautiful and easy hiking trails, playing in the rainbow creek as my daughter called it, swimming in the pond, and discovering the most beautiful waterfalls! Will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!
This place is so beautiful. It is a hidden gem. I love the privacy it offers and the many trails to hike on. I just wish the pond didn’t get so muddy when you get in it. But all in all I enjoyed my stay and hope to come back in September.
We came up from SC to visit our son, a student at MTSU. We loved this property! Close enough to Murfreesboro to travel back and forth but far enough away and in such a beautiful area that we were able to unwind and relax. Property is exactly as described in listing. Will definitely be back!
Beautiful property. Plenty of outdoors to wander. House was clean and well-kept.
If you're looking for a modern fancy place, this house is not for you. You drive down a long windy gravel driveway to a house on a hill. The house is older and yet so peaceful and perfect. There's a pond, a waterfall, creek, and so much room to wander... even hills to roll down or perfect hills to sled down. I really did not want to leave and cannot wait to drive the 12 hours back to stay again. Extra shout out for the beds being super comfy too. If you need a break from the city or noise, THIS is the place to go! Thank you Ashley. We'll be back the next time we're over that way.
beautiful , quiet location but close enough to town. We are birdwatchers and numerous colorful migrating birds were outside the house. Nice long entrance to home that was great for jogging. All appliances worked well.
Loved our stay
If you need seclusion and love nature but close enough to small town necessities. This cute, clean home and property has everything you need and nothing you don’t. It was the escape my family needed to reconnect. Coming from a Natural resource background respect and preserve this natural gem!
Secluded, peaceful and beautiful. Husband and I got married in October 2022 at Old Stone Fort so it was a pleasant surprise to drive through a portion of the backside of the park to get to the property. The drive was beautiful and serene. His birthday is New Years Day so always forgotten and as a veteran, fireworks are a concern around this time. This beautiful property is secluded enough that we did not hear or see fireworks even outside that evening. The waterfalls and trails made the trip even more enjoyable. You can also disconnect from the world as you will have no cell service unless you enable Wi-Fi calling. We had planned on going to the park and staying at the same campsite for our anniversary every year but this is close enough with the privacy that we enjoy, that this may be our new go to spot. Word of caution...when Ashley says in the paperwork to unlock the back door or you will be locked out if you forget the code, she's not lying. :) Have your phone with you, unlock the door or write the code on your hand and your trip away from the city will be amazing. We cannot recommend this home enough.
We’ve stayed multiple times over the past 10 years. Never a disappointment. Excellent location. Very peaceful and beautiful. The owner and Ashley are very easy to deal with. Highly recommend it.
This property was absolutely beautiful. If you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is your place. Very relaxing. Be aware that internet and cell service is pretty much none existent. So if you're looking to really disconnect for a while this is your place. The house has a cozy rustic feel. I would definitely recommend this place for rest and relaxation. Close enough to town to get the things you need but also just far enough to enjoy some beautiful nature. Also if your looking to walk trails I highly recommend Old Stone Fort State Archaeological Park.
We loved the place, very quiet and secluded. We did some exploring each day.
Loved the seculsion, the natural springs and waterfalls. Very relaxing and host was very accommodating. House was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be back.
