Waynesville Beautiful Mountain Home! Spectacular, Panoramic Views from 4,200 Ft

As a group of four all in our sixties, we were in aww las we settled in for the week. Thanks to Dave's great instructions on how to navigate the driveway, when we opened the door we were blown away at the beauty of this house from all of the many amenities to the endless breath taking views. My wife and I have been coming to the mountains for 20 years , this is by far the nicest house we have rented thus far. Dave and Fran have a gem in this house , they follow that up by being some of the best host we have had. If you have a chance you will not want to miss this one.

Experience was perfect from start to finish. Fran was an awesome host. The property is incredible. Very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The view was stunning. The location is convenient to BRP and the town of Waynesville. Overall, the best rental property I've ever booked anywhere.

I have rented several houses and this is by far my favorite. We loved everything about it - from the layout of the house to the furnishings to the property grounds. The view of the mountains is just incredible. I would stay here again and again.

This property has everything you need and what you don't need. The rooms are very expansive and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook or prepare your favorite dishes. What you don't need is all the noise and hustle bustle. This house is so peaceful and quiet and may take city dwellers a night or two to comprehend the peacefulness. Even though the property is well tucked away in the mountains, you can still get to town for all your essentials in a short time. There are just too many perfect things about this house to list here. You would have to experience it yourself. For any seniors that don't want to do stairs, everything even the laundry is right on the main level. My My that week went fast. A little rain in the beginning, rest of the week weather was wonderful. Everything everybody said about the house was true and then some. This fabulous house has everything one could want or need. We came for the view. We stayed for the ambiance. One minor suggestion. The overhead light in the dining room could use a boost in candle power. For playing board games or eating, on overcast days it feels a little like a BEAR DEN?. 100% great stay. Y’all..this home was amazing! We booked last-minute and the owners were super communicative when VRBO was experiencing some glitches. And they were available for any questions we had. The views are stunning! The place was spotless..the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the linens soft! The owners considered everything, from baby gates to top-notch toilet paper! The home is about 10-15 minutes from town (groceries) and about 35 minutes from the ski area. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when coming to the area! I’m so happy it was available for us to stay in!

Loved this gorgeous, immaculate home. Had everything we could ever have thought of. Enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond on the property, and the drive up to the house was spectacular with fall color. Will rent again!

The photos don’t do this property justice. We chose it primarily for the views, but the house itself proved to be just as impressive. It seems like it could only be a couple of years old and it’s very well appointed. It was also spotless. And the views of the valley West of Waynesville did not disappoint. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone interested in experiencing the best that WNC has to offer.

This house has it all, far beyond what you might expect. The view is magnificent. The house is very, very spacious, much more so than the photos can show. And how Fran managed to decorate so that a rental feels like a home and yet avoids clutter is truly awesome. We stayed 4 weeks and hated to leave. And we've had the pleasure for years now of working with some wonderful owners but Fran far exceeds even high expectations.We had a contest going to see if we could find anything that Fran hadn't already supplied and finally came up with 1 item, a pyrex loaf pan. Mentioned it to her as a joke and the next day we got a text to say one was on the way and would be delivered by Amazon the very next day. Awesome indeed. Our family had a great week! Great base location for day hikes and mountain biking. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing views from the deck. The owners were very responsive and thought of everything! Would definitely stay again!
