Relax on porches with sounds of creeks on both sides.Spring water and mountain fresh air. Hot tub on side deck to finish the day. Historic cottage built from 2 mountain schoolhouses brought to this site in 1935, always occupied, remodeled in 2007. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms, full kitchen, separate dining room, large living room. Fullyfurnished. Master has king bed. Easy access to I-40 for day trips or Hwy 209 for town trips. 30 Min to Asheville Artist Riverwalk, 10 Min to Main St Waynesville, 45 Min to Cherokee Casino. Paved to gate, gravel driveway. Last vacationer stayed almost 2 years. Available immediately.

Have stayed in this cottage for numerous visits. Historic charm with comfort upgrades. Windows open always to creek sounds and cool breezes off the mountain. Two month stay in winter 2010 we did close and turn on heat, but mostly open balmy days. Easy drive to everything we wanted to do. Great place!
